Description

Claims (14)
- 主方向に発光する少なくとも1つのLEDを含む光源コネクタを備えたハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに接続された反射コリメータであって、前記反射コリメータは、熱換気に適したエアスリットによって互いに間隔を空けた複数の反射セグメントを含み、当該反射セグメントは、光源によって生成された横断的方向に発せられた光を前記主方向に対して実質的に平行な方向に向けて反射する、反射コリメータと、
前記反射コリメータの中心部上又は内に配置され、前記主方向に対して実質的に平行な方向に向けて前記光源によって生成された中心に発せられた光をコリメートする屈折コリメータと、を備え、
前記デバイスの前記少なくとも1つのLEDは、接続手段を介して前記反射セグメントと熱的に接続され、前記反射セグメント及び前記接続手段は、熱伝導性材料を含む、
照明デバイス。 - 基板上に配置され、主方向に発光する少なくとも1つのLEDを含む光源コネクタを備えたハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに接続された反射コリメータであって、前記反射コリメータは、熱換気に適したエアスリットによって互いに間隔を空けた複数の反射セグメントを含み、当該反射セグメントは、光源によって生成された横断的方向に発せられた光を前記主方向に対して実質的に平行な方向に向けて反射する、反射コリメータと、
前記反射コリメータの中心部上又は内に配置され、前記主方向に対して実質的に平行な方向に向けて前記光源によって生成された中心に発せられた光をコリメートする屈折コリメータと、
前記基板に対して前記反射コリメータと反対側に配置されたエアムーバーと、を備え、
前記基板は、第1スルーホール及び第2スルーホールを含み、前記第1スルーホールが前記第2スルーホールよりも前記少なくとも1つのLEDから遠位に配置され、
前記エアムーバーは、前記第2スルーホールを通じて前記エアムーバーへ向かう気流を生じさせ、前記エアムーバーから前記第1スルーホールに向かう気流を形成するように配置されている、
照明デバイス。 - 前記光源コネクタは、列に配置された複数のLEDを含み、前記反射セグメントは、長手形状を有し、前記LEDによって規定された前記列と実質的に平行に伸びる対で配置される、請求項1又は2に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記光源コネクタは、高密度実装配列で配置された1つ又は複数のLEDを含み、前記反射セグメントは、リング形状である、請求項1又は2に記載の照明デバイス。
- 隣接する反射セグメントは、前記デバイスの動作中、前記光源から発せられた光が隣接するセグメント間で実質的に少しも漏れ出る事ができず、あるセグメントから隣接するセグメント上に影が実質的に少しも落ちないように配置される、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記反射セグメントの反射面は曲線を描く、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記反射セグメントの反射面の少なくとも一部が反射ファセットを含む、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記反射セグメントに含まれた前記ファセットは、半径方向及び回転方向の両方に延在する、請求項7に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記反射セグメントの前記反射面は、半径方向に延在するTIR溝を含む光学的に透明な誘電材料から成る、請求項8に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記接続手段は、ヒートパイプを含む、請求項1に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記光源コネクタは、少なくとも1つのLEDを含む、請求項1乃至10の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 主方向に発光する少なくとも1つのLEDを含む光源コネクタを備えたハウジングと、前記ハウジングに接続された反射コリメータであって、前記反射コリメータは、熱換気に適したエアスリットによって互いに間隔を空けた複数の反射セグメントを含み、当該反射セグメントは、光源によって生成された横断的方向に発せられた光を前記主方向に対して実質的に平行な方向に向けて反射する、反射コリメータと、前記反射コリメータの中心部上又は内に配置され、前記主方向に対して実質的に平行な方向に向けて前記光源によって生成された中心に発せられた光をコリメートする屈折コリメータと、含む照明デバイスの製造方法であって、
前記反射コリメータの前記反射セグメント、前記反射セグメントと前記少なくとも1つのLEDとを接続する接続手段、及び前記屈折コリメータを製造するステップと、
前記反射セグメント、前記接続手段、及び前記屈折コリメータをコリメータ部品として位置決め及び接続するステップと、
前記コリメータ部品を前記少なくとも1つのLEDに対してアライメント及び接続するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 射出成形によって、前記反射セグメント、前記接続手段、及び前記屈折コリメータが単一のステップで製造される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記反射セグメント及び前記接続手段は、メタライズ層を備えた誘電材料から成る、請求項12又は13に記載の方法。
