Claims (12)
- 発光面を備える少なくとも1つのLED素子と、
フレームエッジによって境界付けられる長方形のフレーム開口を含む基準フレーム部と、
前記フレーム開口を通じて前記LED素子から放射される光から照明ビームを成形する光学素子とを含み、
前記LED素子は、前記発光面からの光が前記フレーム開口を通じて放射されて、前記フレームエッジのうちの少なくとも1つによって部分的に遮蔽されるように、構成され、
前記フレームエッジが前記LED素子の有効発光面の正確な境界を構成するよう、前記LED素子の前記発光面は、少なくとも前記フレームエッジまで延びて、前記フレーム開口が完全に照明されるのを保証し、
前記基準フレーム部は、前記フレーム開口に対する前記光学素子の位置を定める基準部分を更に含み、該基準部分は、少なくとも、
− 前記発光面と平行に配置される、前記基準フレーム部の第1の表面部分にある第1の基準部分と、
− 前記第1の表面部分に対して垂直に配置される、前記基準フレーム部の第2の表面部分にある第2の基準部分と、
− 前記第1の表面部分及び前記第2の表面部分の両方に対して垂直に配置される、前記基準フレーム部の第3の表面部分にある第3の基準部分とを含み、
前記光学素子は、前記第1の基準部分、前記第2の基準部分、及び前記第3の基準部分で前記基準フレーム部と接触して、前記フレーム開口に対する前記光学素子の位置を定めるように構成される、
照明構成。 - 前記フレームエッジは、前記発光面に対して垂直な方向において厚さを有し、
該厚さは、前記フレーム開口の幅よりも少ない、
請求項1に記載の照明構成。 - 前記フレームエッジは、前記発光面に対して垂直に配置される内面を有し、或いは、前記内面は、内向きに傾斜して配置される、請求項1又は2に記載の照明構成。
- 前記フレームエッジは、非鏡面の内面を有する、請求項1乃至3のうちのいずれか1項に記載の照明構成。
- 前記光学素子は、反射器である、請求項1乃至4のうちのいずれか1項に記載の照明構成。
- 前記反射器は、ドーム形状である、請求項5に記載の照明構成。
- ヒートシンクが、前記LED素子と熱接触して配置され、
前記基準フレーム部は、前記ヒートシンクと前記光学素子との間に配置される、
請求項1乃至6のうちのいずれか1項に記載の照明構成。 - 前記光学素子を前記基準部分のうちの少なくとも1つに対して押す力を加えるバネ要素が提供される、請求項1乃至7のうちのいずれか1項に記載の照明構成。
- 前記バネ要素は、前記光学素子と前記ヒートシンクとの間に前記力を加えるように配置される、請求項7に従属するときの請求項8に記載の照明構成。
- 前記基準フレーム部は、前記発光面に対して垂直な方向において前記フレーム開口の上方に隆起して配置される隆起部分を含む、請求項1乃至9のうちのいずれか1項に記載の照明構成。
- 前記隆起部分は、前記フレーム開口から離れる方向に傾けられる頂面を含む、請求項10に記載の照明構成。
- 前記基準フレーム部は、前記LED素子が設けられるキャリアを受け入れる切欠きを含む、請求項11に記載の照明構成。
