Abstract

【課題】保温、保冷可能なペットボトルまたはプラスチック製飲料容器は公開されているが、成型機械と金型の構造上難度が高く、価格が高くつくため実現できていない。【解決手段】本カバーは飲料容器の底部より少し大きめで略相似の底部と飲料容器より少し大きめの円筒状の胴部と上部に切り込みを持つ斜めにしぼった保持部からなることを特徴とした結露防止と保温、保冷のためのカバーでる。 このカバーを飲料容器の底面から挿入し、その肩部の手前まで差し込んだ時に、斜めにしぼった切り込みのある保持部が飲料容器を若干締め付けるようにして飲料容器とカバーを接続固定することで飲料容器とカバーとの間に中空部を形成することが出来、結露防止と保温、保冷のための断熱効果を得るようにした飲料容器用カバー。【選択図】 図１

Description

本発明は、保温、保冷可能で結露しにくい飲料容器用カバーに関する。
現在、保温保冷可能な飲料容器用カバーはあるが、結露しにくいカバーは出来ていない。
従来のカバーは大きくて嵩張り、見た目にもスマートではない。

特許文献１から４にて保温、保冷可能なペットボトルまたはプラスチック製飲料容器が公開されているが、ペットボトルの成型機械であるブロー式中空成形機ではプリフォームから成型するため、あるいは成型機械と金型の構造上、二重構造のペットボトルまたはプラスチック飲料容器を成型することは難度が高いという課題と、形状が複雑な為コストがかかるという課題がある。 その課題を取り除き、安価で成型できる形にし、保温、保冷可能で結露しにくい飲料容器用カバーを実現することを目的とするものである。
本発明のカバーは飲料容器の底部より少し大きめで略相似の底部と飲料容器より少し大きめの円筒状の胴部を持ち、上部に切り込みを持つ斜めにしぼった保持部からなる。本カバーを飲料容器の底面から挿入し、飲料容器の肩部の手前まで差し込んだ時に、切り込みのある斜めにしぼった保持部が飲料容器を若干締め付けるようにして飲料容器とカバーを接続固定することで飲料容器とカバーとの間に中空部を形成することが出来、結露防止と保温、保冷のための断熱効果を得るようにした飲料容器用カバー。
本カバーは図１に書かれているように単純な構造なので、安価に制作できると同時にカバーを飲料容器の底面から肩部まで挿入するだけの簡単な作業だけで、飲料容器とカバー

の間に中空部を設けることが出来、結露防止と保温、保冷のための断熱効果が得られる。

本発明の飲料容器用カバーの構成を図１と図２と図３で説明する。 図１は本発明の飲料容器用カバーの構成図である。図２は図１の断面図である。
飲料容器用カバー１は、飲料容器の底部より少し大きめで略相似の底部５と飲料容器より少し大きめの円筒状の胴部７と上部に切り込み２を持つ斜めにしぼった保持部３からなる。
図３は本発明の飲料容器用カバーの使用図で、本発明の飲料容器用カバーを点線で示した飲料容器に挿入した時の外観図である。
飲料容器用カバー１を、飲料容器４の底面から、切り込み２を持つ斜めにしぼった保持部３が開くことで挿入する。
飲料容器の肩部の手前まで差し込んだ時に、切り込みのある斜めにしぼった保持部が飲料容器を若干締め付けるようにして飲料容器とカバーを接続固定される。
これにより、飲料容器とカバーとの間に中空部６が形成され、結露防止と保温、保冷のための断熱効果を得られる。

Claims (1)

  1. 一体成型された飲料容器用カバー（１）であって、飲料容器（４）の底部より少し大きめで略相似の底部（５）と、前記飲料容器（４）より少し大きめの円筒状の胴部（７）と、上部に複数の切り込み（２）を持つ外形を斜めにしぼった保持部（３）を備え、前記飲料容器用カバー（１）に前記飲料容器（４）の底面から挿入し、前記飲料容器（４）の肩部の手前まで前記飲料容器用カバー（１）に差し込んだ状態で、斜めにしぼった切り込みのある前記保持部（３）が前記飲料容器（４）を締め付けて前記飲料容器（４）と前記飲料容器用カバー（１）を接続固定し、前記飲料容器（４）と前記飲料容器用カバー（１）との間にあって保持部（３）と底部（５）のみで閉鎖された中空部が形成されて、結露防止と保温、保冷のための断熱効果を得られるようにした飲料容器用カバー。
