- ハンドルと、

第1の優先曲げ方向を有する第1の可撓性部分を含む第1の管状部材と、
第2の優先曲げ方向を有する第2の可撓性部分を含む第2の管状部材と、
第3の優先曲げ方向及び曲げ抵抗の方向を有する第3の可撓性部分を含む第3の管状部材と、を含む長尺状シャフトアセンブリと、を含み、
前記第1の管状部材、前記第2の管状部材及び前記第3の管状部材が同軸上に配置され、前記第1の管状部材及び前記第2の管状部材が前記第1の可撓性部分及び前記第2の可撓性部分から先端側の位置において互いに対し軸方向に固定されており、前記第3の管状部材が前記第1の管状部材及び前記第2の管状部材に対して回転可能であり、
前記第3の管状部材の回転により前記曲げ抵抗の方向が前記第1の優先曲げ方向及び前記第2の優先曲げ方向のうちの少なくとも1つと整列すると、前記第3の管状部材が前記第1の管状部材及び前記第2の管状部材の関節動作を妨げる、手術器具。 - 前記第3の管状部材の先端部が前記第1の管状部材及び前記第2の管状部材に対して軸方向に自由に移動する、請求項1に記載の手術器具。

前記第3の管状部材の回転により前記第3の背骨及び前記第4の背骨が前記第1の背骨と整列すると、前記第3の管状部材が前記第1の管状部材及び前記第2の管状部材の関節動作を妨げる、手術器具。 - 前記第3の管状部材の先端部が前記第1の管状部材及び前記第2の管状部材に対して軸方向に自由に移動する、請求項7に記載の手術器具。
