Description
Claims (14)
- コンパクトに巻回され互いに熱的に結合された少なくとも2つの部分セル(10、32、42、44、52、54、68、70、80、82)を含む、リチウムイオン蓄電池のための巻回型セル(30、40、50、60、100、200)であって、
前記少なくとも2つの部分セル(10、32、42、44、52、54、68、70、80、82)は、通常駆動時には電気的に並列に接続され、故障の場合には、欠陥がある少なくとも1つの部分セル(10、32、42、44、52、54、68、70、80、82)が、損傷を受けていない少なくとも1つの部分セル(10、32、42、44、52、54、68、70、80、82)から、制御装置により電気的に分離可能であることを特徴とする、巻回型セル(30、40、50、60、100、200)。 - 各部分セル(10、32、42、44、52、54、68、70、80、82)は、第1の活物質(14)が少なくとも或る一定の領域に塗布されたカソード(12)と、第2の活物質(18)が少なくとも或る一定の領域に塗布されたアノード(16)と、を有し、前記第1の活物質と前記第2の活物質(14、18)の間には分離層(20)が伸びていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の巻回型セル(30、40、50、60、100、200)。
- 少なくとも1つの部分セル(10、32、42、44、52、54、68、70、80、82)の前記カソード(12)及び/又は前記アノード(16)には、前記部分セル(10、32、42、44、52、54、68、70、80、82)を少なくとも1つの他の部分セル(10、32、42、44、52、54、68、70、80、82)から分離する絶縁層(26、72)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の巻回型セル(30、40、50、60、100、200)。
- 前記少なくとも2つの部分セル(42、44)は、角柱形状に前記巻回型セル(40)を成形するために、ほぼメアンダ状に巻回されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の巻回型セル(40)。
- 前記少なくとも2つの部分セル(52、54)は、円筒形状に前記巻回型セル(50)を成形するために、ほぼ螺旋状に巻回されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の巻回型セル(50)。
- 少なくとも2つの部分セル(52、54)の間には、電気的及び/又は機械的及び/又は熱的に絶縁する絶縁層(66)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載の巻回型セル(60)。
- 前記巻回型セル(60)は、内側巻回体(62)と、当該内側巻回体(62)の周りを取り囲む外側巻回体(64)と、を有し、前記内側巻回体(62)と前記外側巻回体(64)とは各々、巻回された部分セル(68、70)により形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の巻回型セル(60)。
- 前記外側巻回体(64)の上には、他の部分セル(68、70)を含む少なくとも1つの他の外側巻回体(64)が巻回されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の巻回型セル(60)。
- 前記内側巻回体(62)と前記外側巻回体(64)の間、及び/又は、少なくとも2つの前記外側巻回体(64)の間には、電気的及び/又は機械的及び/又は熱的に絶縁する絶縁層(66)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項7又は8に記載の巻回型セル(60)。
- 各部分セル(10、32、42、44、52、54、68、70、80、82)は、解かれた状態において、幅(B)を有するほぼ帯状の形態をしていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の巻回型セル(30、40、50、60、100、200)。
- 各部分セル(10、32、42、44、52、54、68、70、80、82)のカソード(12)及びアノード(16)は、電気的接触のために、対向している少なくとも1つのカソード突出部(K11、K12、K21、K22)及び少なくとも1つのアノード突出部(A11、A12、A21、A22)を有し、前記少なくとも1つのカソード突出部(K11、K12、K21、K22)及び前記少なくとも1つのアノード突出部(A11、A12、A21、A22)は各々、前記部分セル(10、32、42、44、52、54、68、70、80、82)の長手軸(84)に対して横方向に、前記部分セル(10、32、42、44、52、54、68、70、80、82)の2つの厚さ方向の縁端(86、88、90、92)の一方から、所定の幅(b)の分だけ突き出ていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の巻回型セル(30、40、50、60、100、200)。
- 少なくとも2つのカソード突出部(K11、K12、K21、K22)、及び、少なくとも2つのアノード突出部(A11、A12、A21、A22)が、前記部分セル(10、32、42、44、52、54、68、70、80、82)の厚さ方向の縁端(86、88、90、92)に、間隔(L1、L2)の分だけ前記長手軸(84)の軸方向に互いにずらして形成されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の巻回型セル(30、40、50、60、100、200)。
- カソード側接点(102、104、202、204、206、208)及びアノード側接点を創出するために、各部分セル(10、32、42、44、52、54、68、70、80、82)が巻回された状態において前記カソード突出部(K11、K12、K21、K22)同士及び前記アノード突出部(A11、A12、A21、A22)同士がほぼぴったりと重なり合うように、前記間隔(L1、L2)が各々変更されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の巻回型セル(30、40、50、60、100、200)。
- 前記故障は、欠陥がある少なくとも1つの部分セル(10、32、42、44、52、54、68、70、80、82)での内部短絡であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の巻回型セル(30、40、50、60、100、200)。
