Description
(1) ガイドワイヤー用の制御器具であって、
第1の構成要素であって、前記ガイドワイヤーが前記第1の構成要素に対して軸方向に移動することができる第1の位置から、前記ガイドワイヤーが前記第1の構成要素に対して固定される第2の位置に移動可能な、前記第1の構成要素と、
第2の回転可能な構成要素であって、前記第1の構成要素がその第2の位置にあるときにのみ、前記第2の構成要素の回転が、前記第1の構成要素を軸方向に移動させ、これによって、前記ガイドワイヤーを軸方向に移動させる、前記第2の回転可能な構成要素と、
を備える、制御器具。
(2) 前記第2の構成要素に接続されるスクリュー係合部分を更に備え、前記第2の構成要素が回転すると、前記スクリュー係合部分が回転する、実施態様1に記載の制御器具。
(3) 前記スクリュー係合部分が、標準椎弓根スクリューに接続可能である、実施態様2に記載の制御器具。
(4) 前記第2の構成要素を回転させるハンドルを更に備える、実施態様1〜3のいずれかに記載の制御器具。
(5) 前記第1の構成要素が前記第2の位置にあるときにのみ、前記第2の構成要素が回転することができるように、前記第2の構成要素と前記ハンドルとの間に解除可能なロック機構を更に備える、実施態様4に記載の制御器具。
(7) 前記突出部及び開口部が回転をロックされる(locked in rotation)ように、前記突出部及び開口部を移動させて係合させる楔状部を更に備える、実施態様6に記載の制御器具。
(8) 前記第1の構成要素を移動させて前記ガイドワイヤーと係合させるトリガーを更に備える、実施態様1〜7のいずれかに記載の制御器具。
(9) 前記グリップが、前記ガイドワイヤーに対して半径方向に移動する、2つの半円筒形構成要素を備える、実施態様8に記載の制御器具。
(10) 前記グリップが、前記第1の位置に弾性的に付勢される、実施態様9に記載の制御器具。
(12) 前記第1の構成要素が、前記第2の位置において、前記ガイドワイヤーのまわりで互いに近づく2つのグリップ部材を備える、実施態様11に記載の制御器具。
(13) 前記少なくとも1つのグリップ部材が、ねじ山に係合し、前記第2の構成要素と共に回転し、軸方向移動を引き起こす、実施態様11又は12に記載の制御器具。
(14) 前記ねじ山が、ハンドルの内側表面に配置されている、実施態様13に記載の制御器具。
(15) 実施態様1〜14のいずれかに記載の制御器具を備えるスクリュードライバ。
(17) 実施態様15又は実施態様16に記載のスクリュードライバを使用して、椎弓根スクリューを骨に螺合させる方法。
Claims (10)
- ガイドワイヤーと共に用いる制御器具において、
2つの半円筒形構成要素を備える第1のハンドルであって、前記2つの半円筒形構成要素を通して前記ガイドワイヤーが通過することができ、第1の位置から第2の位置まで移動可能であり、前記2つの半円筒形構成要素の内径がねじ山を備える、前記第1のハンドルと、
前記ガイドワイヤーが第1の構成要素に対して軸方向に移動することができる第1の位置から、前記ガイドワイヤーが前記第1の構成要素によって固定的に係合される第2の位置に移動可能な第1の構成要素であって、前記第1のハンドルが前記第2の位置にあるときに、前記第1の構成要素の前記第2の位置において前記ガイドワイヤーのまわりで互いに近づく少なくとも2つのグリップ部材を備える、前記第1の構成要素と、
回転可能な第2の構成要素であって、前記第1のハンドルが前記第2の位置にあり、前記少なくとも2つのグリップ部材が前記第1のハンドルのねじ山に係合した状態における、前記第2の構成要素の回転によって、前記少なくとも2つのグリップ部材が前記第2の構成要素と共に回転して、前記第1の構成要素の軸方向移動を引き起こし、これによって、前記ガイドワイヤーを軸方向に移動させる、前記第2の構成要素と、
を備える、制御器具。 - 前記第2の構成要素に接続されるスクリュー係合部分を更に備え、前記第2の構成要素が回転すると、前記スクリュー係合部分が回転する、請求項1に記載の制御器具。
- 前記スクリュー係合部分が、標準椎弓根スクリューに接続可能である、請求項2に記載の制御器具。
- 前記第2の構成要素を回転させる第2のハンドルを更に備える、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の制御器具。
- 前記第1のハンドルが前記第2の位置にあるときにのみ、前記第2の構成要素が回転することができるように、前記第2の構成要素と前記第2のハンドルとの間の解除可能なロック機構を更に備える、請求項4に記載の制御器具。
- 前記解除可能なロック機構が、前記解除可能なロック機構及び前記第2のハンドルのうちの一方の上の突出部と、前記解除可能なロック機構及び前記第2のハンドルのうちの他方の上の、対応する開口部とを備え、前記第1のハンドルが前記第2の位置にあるとき、前記突出部が前記開口部に係合する、請求項5に記載の制御器具。
- 前記突出部及び開口部が回転をロックされるように、前記第1のハンドルが、前記突出部及び開口部を移動させて係合させる楔状部を更に備える、請求項6に記載の制御器具。
- 前記第1のハンドルが、前記第1の位置に弾性的に付勢される、請求項1に記載の制御器具。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の制御器具を備えるスクリュードライバ。
- 前記第2のハンドルが、T字型ハンドルを備える、請求項9に記載のスクリュードライバ。
