Claims (3)
- 窒素含有試料中の窒素を定量分析する方法であって、加熱装置において、一定流量で酸素を供給しながら試料を燃焼分解することにより、窒素酸化物および余剰酸素を含む試料ガスを生成した後、還元装置において、還元剤により窒素酸化物を窒素に還元し且つ余剰酸素を除去し、次いで、得られた窒素をキャリアガスと共に熱伝導度検出器に導入して窒素の濃度を測定するに当たり、熱伝導度検出器よりも上流側に付設された圧力センサーで系内の圧力を検出すると共に、加熱装置に酸素を供給して燃焼を開始した後、系内の圧力が常態圧力から上昇して再び常態圧力まで下降した際、酸素の供給を停止することを特徴とする窒素の分析方法。
- 圧力センサーが、加熱装置の上流側に付設されている請求項1に記載の分析方法。
- 圧力センサーが、還元装置の下流側の不要物除去剤充填カラムの下流側に付設されている請求項1に記載の分析方法。
