Description
引用発明は、2線電力線を用いるが、1本の電線に電圧降下上昇のパルス形式の電圧をかけて信号を伝送するものである。引用発明の欠点は、上述したように、パルスを容易に発生するためには理想的な定電圧が有する低いインピーダンスを維持し難く、このため、伝送可能な電力の量が非常に制限的であるため、大容量の負荷を駆動できる大きい電力を伝送する用途には不向きであるということである。
Claims (2)
- 送信側及び受信側を2本の電力線 A、Bで 接続し、
電力の受信側において一つ以上の負荷を接続し、
送信側では直流電源供給装置又はバッテリの出力端とトランジスタ又は金属酸化膜半導体電界効果トランジスタ (MOSFET)又は絶縁ゲートバイポーラトランジスタ(IGBT)で構成されたHブリッジ駆動回路を接続し、
マイクロコントローラ又は外部信号はHブリッジ駆動回路の出力を制御し、
Hブリッジ回路はデジタル情報「0」、「1」にマッピングされた極性変動パターンに従って制御指令又はデータ情報を2本の電力線A、Bに出力し、
受信側はブリッジダイオード回路又はMOSFETが含まれている能動ブリッジ回路では2本の電力線A、Bの電圧の極性が変動する電力を整流して受信側の負荷と回路の電力で使用し、
受信側のブリッジダイオード回路又はMOSFETが含まれている能動ブリッジ回路の前端で2本の電力線A、Bのいずれかは電圧レベルシフトを経て、マイクロコントローラ又は専用ロジック回路と接続され、受信側のマイクロコントローラ又は専用ロジック回路は2本の電力線A、Bの相対電圧の極性変動パターンにマッピングされた制御指令又はデータ情報を復号し、
レベルシフトに入力される制御指令又はデータ情報の信号幅は2本の電力線A、Bの差動電圧信号を使用するので伝送される直流電力の電圧の2倍である
ことを特徴とする直流電力の伝送を兼ねて制御指令またはデータを伝送する方法。 - 各受信側又は各受信側の制御対象を識別することができるID番号を付与し、
制御命令又は伝送データに受信側又は受信側の制御対象を区分することができるIDを含み、
IDに該当する受信側のみで制御命令または伝送データを復号してIDに該当する受信側または制御対象の負荷のみを個別的またはグループとして選択して伝送データに基づいた作動をする、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の直流電力の伝送を兼ねて制御指令またはデータを伝送する電力線伝送装置。
