Description
図1は、本実施形態の荷重検知装置の構成を示す分解図であり、図2は、荷重検知装置1が座席装置のSばねに取り付けられた様子を示す断面図である。なお、本実施形態では、荷重検知装置が着座検知装置として座席装置に用いられる例を用いて説明する。図2は、座席装置の左右方向に沿った面における荷重検知装置1の断面図である。図1、図2に示すように、荷重検知装置1は、台座2と、台座2上に載置される荷重検知センサユニットSUとを主な構成として備える。
次に本発明の第2実施形態について説明する。なお、本実施形態を説明するにあたり、第1実施形態と同一又は同等の構成要素については、同一の参照符号を付して特に説明する場合を除き重複する説明は省略する。

Claims (8)
- 複数のSばね上に配置されるシートクッションに押圧される荷重検知装置であって、
一対の前記Sばねに係止される一対の係止部を有する台座と、
前記台座上に配置され、互いに対向し荷重検出時に前記シートクッションの押圧力により接触する一対の電極を有する荷重検知センサユニットと、
を備え、
荷重検出時に前記シートクッションに押圧される前記荷重検知センサユニットの押圧面は、荷重の検出時において前記台座が係止されるそれぞれの前記Sばねの上端部と同じ高さまたは当該上端部よりも上側かつ前記一対の係止部の上端部と同じ高さ又は当該上端部よりも下側に位置し、
前記一対の電極の接触面は前記台座が係止されるそれぞれの前記Sばねの上端部よりも下側に位置する
ことを特徴とする荷重検知装置。 - 前記一対の電極は、前記台座が係止されるそれぞれの前記Sばねの下端部と上端部との間に位置する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の荷重検知装置。 - 前記台座における前記荷重検知センサユニットが載置される載置面は、前記台座が係止されるそれぞれの前記Sばねの下端部と同じ高さまたは当該下端部よりも下側に位置する
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の荷重検知装置。 - 荷重の非検出時における前記押圧面は、前記一対の係止部の上端部よりも上側に位置する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の荷重検知装置。 - 荷重の非検出時における前記押圧面は、前記一対の係止部の上端部と同じ高さ又は当該上端部よりも下側に位置する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の荷重検知装置。 - 前記シートクッション下面の平均高さ位置は、荷重の非検出時における前記押圧面と同じ高さまたは前記押圧面よりも上側に位置する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の荷重検知装置。 - 前記荷重検知センサユニットは、前記一対の電極を前記台座上で支える支持部材を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の荷重検知装置。 - 前記荷重検知センサユニットは、前記押圧面を含み前記一対の電極の一方を押圧する押圧部材を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の荷重検知装置。
