Claims (10)
- 患者の呼吸の気体濃度を分析するための装置であって、
前記装置で気体濃度を測定する気体分析装置と、
前記患者の呼吸を受け取る入口と、
前記患者の呼吸の呼吸パラメータ頻度を決定する呼吸分析装置と、
複数の呼吸パラメータ頻度に対応する第1の複数の係数を含むデータベースと、
前記装置の前記入口での前記患者の呼吸の前記気体濃度を決定する方法を行うための実行可能な命令を含む非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体を含むプロセッサと、を備え、
前記方法は、
前記患者の呼吸パラメータ頻度に基づいて、第1の複数の係数を得るために前記データベースにアクセスすることと、
前記第1の複数の係数に基づいて第1の複数の多項式を導出することと、
前記呼吸パラメータ頻度を前記第1の複数の多項式のそれぞれに入力することによって、第2の複数の係数を導出することと、
前記第2の複数の係数を使用して、補償式を導出することと、
前記測定された気体濃度を前記補償式に入力することによって、補正された前記入口での気体濃度を決定することと、を含む装置。 - 前記第1の複数の多項式のそれぞれは、二次方程式であり、前記第1の複数の係数は3個である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記補償式は、線形であり、前記第2の複数の係数は2個である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記データベースは、前記第1の複数の係数に属する第1のサブセットの係数および第2のサブセットの係数を含み、前記第1のサブセットの係数は所定の呼吸パラメータ頻度以下の呼吸パラメータ頻度に対応し、前記第2のサブセットの係数は前記所定の呼吸パラメータ頻度以上の呼吸パラメータ頻度に対応する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記所定の呼吸パラメータ頻度は、前記患者の呼吸の標本の均質性に基づいている、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 装置の入口での患者の呼吸の気体濃度を決定するための方法であって、
前記患者の呼吸パラメータ頻度を決定することと、
前記装置で気体濃度を測定することと、
前記呼吸パラメータ頻度に基づく補償式を導出することと、
前記測定された気体濃度を前記補償式に入力することによって、補正された前記入口での気体濃度を決定することと、を含む方法。 - 前記補償式は、多項式である、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記補償式は、線形である、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記患者の呼吸パラメータ頻度に対応する第1の複数の係数を取得するためにデータベースにアクセスすることをさらに含み、
前記データベースは、前記第1の複数の係数に属する第1のサブセットの係数および第2のサブセットの係数を含み、前記第1のサブセットの係数は所定の呼吸パラメータ頻度以下の呼吸パラメータ頻度に対応し、前記第2のサブセットの係数は前記所定の呼吸パラメータ頻度以上の呼吸パラメータ頻度に対応し、前記補償式を導出することには、前記第1の複数の係数を使用することがさらに含まれる請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記所定の呼吸パラメータ頻度は、前記患者の呼吸の標本の均質性に基づいている、請求項9に記載の方法。
