Description
前記電極シートの一部に電極タブが形成され得るように電極シートを打ち抜くプレスであって、下端面から空気を噴射する空気噴射口が形成されており、少なくとも1つ以上のスクラップ除去部が装着されている、プレスと、
前記プレスによって打ち抜かれたスクラップが排出され得るように、前記プレスに対応する形状の開口が形成されているダイと、
前記プレスの動作に同期化され、前記プレスに対応する大きさだけ電極シートを移送するグリッパーと、
を含んでいる。
Claims (8)
- 電池の生産工程において片面又は両面に電極活物質が塗布されている連続的な電極シートに電極タブを形成するノッチング装置であって、
前記電極シートの一部に電極タブが形成され得るように電極シートを打ち抜くプレスであって、下端面から空気を噴射する空気噴射口が形成されており、少なくとも1つ以上のスクラップ除去部が装着されている、プレスと、
前記プレスによって打ち抜かれたスクラップが排出され得るように、前記プレスに対応する形状の開口が形成されているダイと、
前記プレスの動作に同期化され、前記プレスに対応する大きさだけ電極シートを移送するグリッパーと、を含み、
前記スクラップ除去部は、スクラップと接触して下向き力を加える斥力部と、前記斥力部と結合されて復元力を加える圧縮スプリングであって、打ち抜かれたスクラップがプレスの下端面から分離されてダイの開口に排出され得るように、前記斥力部をダイの開口方向に作動した後、弾性的に元の位置に復元する、圧縮スプリングと、を含んでおり、
前記斥力部に空気噴射口が形成されていることを特徴とする、ノッチング装置。 - 前記斥力部は、円柱または多角柱構造のバー(bar)であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のノッチング装置。
- 前記斥力部は、プレスの下端面から1cm〜5cmだけ弾性的に突出していることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のノッチング装置。
- 前記斥力部は、プレスの下端面から2cm〜3cmだけ弾性的に突出していることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のノッチング装置。
- 前記プレスの下端面には、複数のさらなる空気噴射口が全面にわたって形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のノッチング装置。
- 前記斥力部に形成された空気噴射口が、前記斥力部の中央に位置していることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のノッチング装置。
- 前記圧縮スプリングの復元力は1N〜10Nであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のノッチング装置。
- 前記圧縮スプリングの復元力は4N〜6Nであることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のノッチング装置。
