Description
Claims (15)
- 熱可塑性材料を粒化するための造粒装置(100)であって、ダイヘッドと、切削チャンバ筐体と、断熱材料からなる少なくとも一つの断熱要素(20、124、125)であって、前記ダイヘッドの要素であるダイヘッド要素(10、110)と切削チャンバ筐体要素(30、134)との間に配置される、断熱要素とを有し、前記ダイヘッドの要素(10、110)内の温度、及び前記切削チャンバ筐体要素(30、134)内の温度のうち少なくとも一つの温度を調節する温度調節装置(12、32、119、132、135)を、前記ダイヘッド要素(10、110)内であって前記断熱要素(124)に隣接する領域内、及び前記切削チャンバ筐体要素(30、134)内であって前記断熱要素(124)に隣接する領域内の少なくともいずれかに設ける、造粒装置。
- 前記温度調節装置(12、32、119、132、135)が一つ以上の管を備え、熱伝導流体が前記管を流通可能であるように設けられる、請求項1に記載の造粒装置(100)。
- 前記熱伝導流体が、水、熱伝導油、または気体である、請求項2に記載の造粒装置(100)。
- 前記温度調節装置(12、32、119、132、135)が少なくとも一つの電気的ペルチェ素子を備える、請求項1に記載の造粒装置(100)。
- 前記切削チャンバ筐体要素が前記切削チャンバ筐体の連結フランジ部(134)である、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の造粒装置(100)。
- 前記少なくとも一つの断熱要素が断熱材料からなるリング(124)として、前記連結フランジ部(134)の環状表面上に設けられ、前記連結フランジ部(134)を前記連結フランジ部(134)とダイヘッド部(110)との間に存在する環状間隙(122)に対して少なくとも部分的に熱的に絶縁するためのものである、請求項5に記載の造粒装置(100)。
- 前記ダイヘッドがノズルプレート(116)と、前記ノズルプレート(116)へ溶融材料を搬送するためのユニット(110)と、前記ノズルプレート(116)を前記ユニット(110)に固定する、前記環状間隙(122)内に配置されるスナップリング(118)とを有する、請求項6に記載の造粒装置(100)。
- 前記連結フランジ部(134)が前記ユニット(110)のフランジに固定される、請求項7に記載の造粒装置(100)。
- 前記連結フランジ部(134)と前記ユニット(110)の前記フランジとの間に前記少なくとも一つの断熱要素(125)が配置される、請求項8に記載の造粒装置(100)。
- 前記連結フランジ部(134)内の前記温度調節装置が、前記断熱要素(124、125)の一方の側と隣接する、少なくとも一つの環状管又は溝(132、135)として実現される、請求項5から9のいずれかに記載の造粒装置(100)。
- 前記温度調節装置が、前記断熱要素(20、124、125)を介した熱流により前記切削チャンバ筐体要素(30、134)内に導入される熱エネルギーを吸収及び発散させるための冷却部として機能するよう実現され、前記導入される熱による前記切削チャンバ筐体要素(30、134)の加熱が防止される又は減少する、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の造粒装置(100)。
- 前記切削チャンバ筐体要素(30、134)内を設定温度(Ts_setpoint)に維持するよう前記冷却部を制御可能である、請求項11に記載の造粒装置(100)。
- 前記造粒装置(100)が空冷式ホットダイフェースペレット化法を使用する造粒装置である、請求項1から12のいずれかに記載の造粒装置(100)。
- 前記造粒装置(100)が水中造粒方法を使用する造粒装置である、請求項1から12のいずれかに記載の造粒装置(100)。
- 前記熱可塑性材料が製薬材料である、請求項1から14のいずれかに記載の造粒装置(100)。
