Description
Wmin=V/(ρ・λi)
上記式中、Vは、分解すべきガス混合物の全体量を意味し、ρは、ガス混合物において占める圧力を意味し、およびλiは、使用される洗浄剤に対して洗い落とされるガス成分の溶解度係数を意味する。ガス混合物の成分の溶解度係数が十分強く区別されるという前提のもとに、洗浄剤の量を相応して適合させることによって、1つの洗浄工程において、最大の溶解度係数を有するガス成分をできる限り残りのガス成分とは無関係に分離する、すなわち選択的に除去することが可能である。洗浄剤の量がより大きいと、同じ原理により、以下の洗浄工程において、同様の溶解度係数を有する、さらなるガス成分またはガス成分の群が選択的に洗い流されうる。
Claims (8)
- 物理的にガス洗浄する方法であって、その際に水素、一酸化炭素、二酸化炭素ならびに炭素オキシスルフィドおよび/または硫化水素を含む供給ガスを、二酸化炭素で予め負荷された洗浄剤に対して向流で第1の洗浄区間に導通し、当該供給ガスから硫黄成分をできる限り選択的に分離しかつ脱硫されたガス混合物を製造する、前記方法において、脱硫されたガス混合物の部分量だけから、第2の洗浄区間において、負荷されていない洗浄剤での洗浄により、二酸化炭素を分離し、その際に得られた、二酸化炭素で予め負荷された洗浄剤の全部を第1の洗浄区間において、洗浄剤として使用することを特徴とする、前記方法。
- 前記洗浄剤は、二酸化炭素で飽和されて第1の洗浄区間内に流入することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 第1の洗浄区間において、洗浄剤から、少なくとも1つの冷却工程中で、溶液熱が取り去られることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記冷却は、洗浄剤が第1の洗浄区間内に流入する温度とは最大5℃だけ異なる温度で、洗浄剤が第1の洗浄区間から流出する程度に実施されることを特徴とする、請求項3記載の方法。
- 第2の洗浄区間に供給されなかった、脱硫されたガス混合物の一部分が膨張タービン内で仕事をして膨張されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 仕事をする膨張の際に冷却され脱硫されたガス混合物を、硫黄成分を逆洗浄して洗浄剤を再生する際に使用される、硫黄不含の洗浄剤流の冷却に使用することを特徴とする、請求項5記載の方法。
- 第2の洗浄区間内に供給されない、脱硫されたガス混合物の一部分は、燃料としてガスタービンに供給されるかまたはメタノール製出のための合成ガスとして使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 洗浄剤として、メタノールまたはジメチル−ポリエチレングリコールエーテルまたはN−メチル−2−ピロリドンが使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
