Claims (9)
- 工作対象物の中に工作孔を形成し、続いて少なくとも前記工作孔の一方の端部に面取りを施し、本体に回転可能に固定されたドリルビット、および、前記ドリルビットの軸方向後方に配置された少なくとも1つの面取り刃を有し、前記面取り刃がドリルシャフトに設けられた刃窓の中に取り付けられて、孔あけ・面取り複合ツールの長手軸に対して横方向に移動可能にばね止めされた孔あけ・面取り複合ツールにおいて、
前記ドリルビットおよび前記ドリルシャフトを備えるドリルボディが固体硬金属を含み、制御ボルトが固体硬金属ドリルの中央の縦穴の中に移動可能にばね止めされ、前記制御ボルトの先端によって、前記面取り刃の前記刃窓の中での横方向の動きが制御され、
前記ドリルシャフトの径以下の径の取り付けスリーブが前記ドリルシャフトの後方部分に取り付けられ、前記制御ボルトを動かす駆動手段が前記取り付けスリーブの中に設けられている
ことを特徴とする孔あけ・面取り複合ツール。 - 請求項1に記載の孔あけ・面取り複合ツールであって、
前記ドリルボディは、前記ドリルシャフトの後方端部がスリーブ状の本体の取り付け穴に固定される
ことを特徴とする孔あけ・面取り複合ツール。 - 請求項2に記載の孔あけ・面取り複合ツールであって、
ドリルの螺旋が終了する部分と前記刃窓の前記ドリルビット側の端部との間の軸方向の距離である取付け長が0.01mm乃至2mmである
ことを特徴とする孔あけ・面取り複合ツール。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の孔あけ・面取り複合ツールであって、
前記ドリルビットの径が5mm以下である
ことを特徴とする孔あけ・面取り複合ツール。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の孔あけ・面取り複合ツールであって、
前記ドリルボディの中に、制御ボルトが軸方向に移動可能に挿入される、中央の軸方向の縦穴が設けられ、前記制御ボルトの先端が前記面取り刃の横方向の制御溝にばね止めされて係合する
ことを特徴とする孔あけ・面取り複合ツール。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の孔あけ・面取り複合ツールであって、
前記ドリルボディは、ねじ込み、スナップ止め、焼嵌め、押圧、または接着によって前記本体に取り付けられる
ことを特徴とする孔あけ・面取り複合ツール。 - 請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の孔あけ・面取り複合ツールであって、
片刃または両刃の前記面取り刃を備える
ことを特徴とする孔あけ・面取り複合ツール。 - 請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の孔あけ・面取り複合ツールであって、
前記面取り刃がテーパ状の導入形状部を有する
ことを特徴とする孔あけ・面取り複合ツール。 - 請求項8に記載の孔あけ・面取り複合ツールであって、
前記面取り刃を前記刃窓に取り付けるため、前記テーパ状の導入形状部を前記刃窓内に挿入可能であり、前記テーパ状の導入形状部によって、ばね止めされた前記制御ボルトの先端が前記面取り刃の制御溝に係合されるまで押圧される
ことを特徴とする孔あけ・面取り複合ツール。
