Description
Claims (10)
- 金属基板を補修する方法であって、当該方法が、
基板を準備する段階と、
調整可能な回転速度で消耗性電極を保持するように構成された放電堆積装置を準備する段階と、
遮蔽ガスを準備する段階と、
遮蔽ガスを冷却してガスの温度を周囲温度未満に低下させる段階と、
電極と基板の間に連続スパークを確立する段階と、
遮蔽ガスの流れを電極、基板及び連続スパークの界面に導く段階と、
所望の膜厚が得られるまで合金化皮膜を連続的に堆積させる段階と
を含んでおり、遮蔽ガスの流れが消耗性電極及び基板を冷却する、方法。 - さらに、基板の表面に所望の膜厚が施工されるまで放電堆積コーティングプロセスを連続的に実施する段階を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- さらに、基板の回転速度を電極に対して調整することを含む、請求項1又は請求項2記載の方法。
- さらに、電極の回転速度を基板に対して調整することを含む、請求項3記載の方法。
- さらに、基板を回転自在に位置決め器に据え付けることを含む、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 遮蔽ガスを冷却する段階が、さらに、遮蔽ガスを冷却装置中に導入することを含む、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 合金化皮膜を堆積させる段階が、さらに、合金化皮膜を、基板上のろう付け継手に隣接して、ろう付け継手を熱的に損傷することなく、放電堆積装置で堆積させることを含む、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 基板が燃料ガスノズルである、請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 電極と基板の間に連続スパークを確立する段階が、電極と基板とが接触するようにトルクをかけて電極を基板に固定する段階をさらに含む、請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 金属基板(22)の補修システムであって、
電極ホルダー及び電極ホルダー内に着脱自在に支持された消耗性電極(20)を備える放電装置(21)であって、消耗性電極(20)と基板(22)との間に連続スパークを確立して所望の膜厚が得られるまで合金化皮膜を連続的に堆積するように構成及び配置された放電装置(21)と、
遮蔽ガス流(24)の温度を周囲温度未満に低下させる冷却装置(26)と、
冷却装置(26)からの遮蔽ガス流を受け取って遮蔽ガス流(24)を消耗性電極(20)、基板(22)及び連続スパークの界面(30)に導いて、遮蔽ガス流によって消耗性電極及び基板を冷却するように構成及び配置された導管(28)と
を備えるシステム。
