f) 当該ガスタービン構成部品の領域、特に当該タービン・ロータブレードの先端に対して当該低温溶融合金粉および当該混合物を適用する、
g) 当該ガスタービン構成部品の当該領域を、当該低温溶融合金粉の融解温度よりも高く、当該高温溶融合金粉の融解温度より低い温度で、局所的に加熱する。
Claims (12)
- a) ガスタービン構成部品、特にガスタービン・ロータブレードを用意し、
b) 高温溶融合金粉を用意し、
c) 研磨粒子を用意し、
d) 低温溶融合金粉を用意し、
e) 混合物を得るため、少なくとも当該高温溶融合金粉と当該研磨粒子とを混合し、
f) 当該ガスタービン構成部品の領域、特に当該タービン・ロータブレードの先端に対して当該低温溶融合金粉と当該混合物とを適用し、
g) 当該ガスタービン構成部品の当該領域を、当該低温溶融合金粉の融解温度よりも高く、当該高温溶融合金粉の融解温度より低い温度で、局所的に加熱する、
ことからなるガスタービン構成部品、特にガスタービン・ロータブレード先端に研磨コーティングを施工する方法。 - 前記高温溶融合金粉はニッケル・ベースの超合金粉であること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記高温溶融合金粉はコバルト・ベースの超合金粉であること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記高温溶融合金粉はMCrAlY粉であること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記研磨粒子は立方晶窒化ほう素粒子であること
を特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記研磨粒子は窒化けい素粒子であること
を特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記研磨粒子はシリコン・アルミニウム酸窒化物粒子であること
を特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記低温溶融合金粉は、前記高温溶融合金粉の融解温度より低く、かつ前記ガスタービン構成部品の領域の構成要素の融解温度より低い融解温度を有する、ニッケル・ベースのろう付け合金粉であること
を特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記局所的な加熱は誘導加熱法により達成されること
を特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記低温溶融合金粉が前記ガスタービン構成部品の領域の分離した層に、すなわち、当該高温溶融合金粉および前記研磨粒子の前記混合物の層の上に、適用されること
を特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記e)(少なくとも当該高温溶融合金粉と当該研磨粒子とを混合した混合物を用意する)の工程中で、前記低温溶融合金粉は、混合物を得るために、前記高温溶融合金粉および前記研磨粒子とに混合され、そして前記低温溶融合金粉、前記高温溶融合金粉および前記研磨粒子は、前記ガスタービン構成部品の領域に単一の層として適用されること
を特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記方法は真空または不活性雰囲気において実行されること
を特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
