Claims (6)
- 流体内の生物粒子の自家蛍光を検出して前記流体内の前記生物粒子を計数する生物粒子計数部と、
前記生物粒子計数部の前段に設けられ、前記流体となる試料に対して紫外線を照射する前段照射部とを備え、
前記試料は、前記生物粒子の自家蛍光に対して背景ノイズとなる蛍光を発する混入有機物を含み、
前記混入有機物は、フミン質を含み、
前記紫外線は、炭素の共有結合を切断可能な波長の第1紫外線、および前記生物粒子の自家蛍光を増加させる第2紫外線を含み、
前記第1紫外線は、200nmの波長より短い波長を有し、
前記第2紫外線は、前記第1紫外線より長い波長を有し、
前記前段照射部は、前記紫外線が照射された空気を前記試料に対してエアレーションせずに、前記試料内の前記混入有機物を分解するために所定時間、前記紫外線を前記試料に照射することで、前記背景ノイズを低減すること、
を特徴とする生物粒子計数システム。 - 前記前段照射部は、1つの光源で、前記第1紫外線と前記第2紫外線とを含む前記紫外線を前記試料に照射することを特徴とする請求項1記載の生物粒子計数システム。
- 前記前段照射部は、前記試料を貯留する貯留部と、前記貯留部内の前記試料に対して前記紫外線を照射する光源と、前記貯留部内の前記試料を前記流体として前記生物粒子計数部へ供給する流路部とを備え、
前記光源は、前記紫外線を発する発光部を備え、前記発光部の全体が前記貯留部内の前記試料に没した状態で前記紫外線を前記試料に照射すること、
を特徴とする請求項1記載の生物粒子計数システム。 - 前記前段照射部は、前記紫外線を発する光源と、前記光源の周囲において前記試料が流通する流路部と、前記光源および前記流路部を覆い前記紫外線を反射または吸収する遮蔽部とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の生物粒子計数システム。
- 前記試料は、水であり、
前記生物粒子は、リボフラビンおよびNAD(P)Hの少なくとも一方を含むこと、
を特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のうちのいずれか1項記載の生物粒子計数システム。 - 生物粒子計数部の前段において、試料に対して紫外線を照射するステップと、
前記紫外線が照射された前記試料を流体として前記生物粒子計数部に流入させ、前記生物粒子計数部において前記流体内の生物粒子の自家蛍光を検出して前記流体内の前記生物粒子を計数するステップとを備え、
前記試料は、前記生物粒子の自家蛍光に対して背景ノイズとなる蛍光を発する混入有機物を含み、
前記混入有機物は、フミン質を含み、
前記紫外線は、炭素の共有結合を切断可能な波長の第1紫外線、および前記生物粒子の自家蛍光を増加させる第2紫外線を含み、
前記第1紫外線は、200nmの波長より短い波長を有し、
前記第2紫外線は、前記第1紫外線より長い波長を有し、
