Claims (1)
- 樹脂注入孔と押さえピンを備えた上型と、下型と、からなる成形型内に、磁性のコアの一部にコイルが形成されてなるリアクトル前駆体を収容し、
前記押さえピンでリアクトル前駆体を固定した状態で樹脂注入孔を介して成形型内に樹脂を注入し、リアクトル前駆体の周囲にモールド樹脂体を成形してリアクトルを製造するリアクトルの製造方法において、
樹脂注入孔と押さえピンの間の離間が、製造されるリアクトルの幅の1/2以下の場合には、樹脂注入孔に向かう方向と逆方向に向けて上型の端部まで延びる帯状の押さえピンを適用するリアクトルの製造方法。
