Claims (4)
- 吸気通路を流れる吸気に排気を導入して前記吸気と前記排気とを混合させる排気混合装置であって、
前記吸気通路の外周に環状に設けられ、前記排気が流れる排気環路と、
前記排気環路に前記排気を導入するための排気導入路と、
前記吸気通路と前記排気環路との間の通路壁には、前記通路壁の内側を前記吸気と前記排気との合流部とし、その合流部に前記排気を導入するための排気導入孔が設けられることと、
前記排気環路に隣接して設けられ、温水が流れる温水通路と、
前記通路壁は、前記排気環路の側の壁面が熱伝導材料で形成され、前記合流部の側の壁面が断熱材料で形成されることと
を備えたことを特徴とする排気混合装置。 - 前記合流部の通路断面積が、前記合流部の上流側及び下流側の前記吸気通路の通路断面積より大きく設定され、前記合流部における前記吸気の流れに対して前記排気が直角又は直角に近い角度で導入されるように前記通路壁に前記排気導入孔が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気混合装置。
- 前記排気環路の中には、前記排気導入孔の周囲に、前記排気の流れを整えるための整流壁が形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の排気混合装置。
- 前記排気導入路の入口には、前記排気の流れを調節するための排気調節弁が設けられ、
前記合流部と前記排気調節弁との間には、前記吸気通路から前記吸気を導入するための吸気導入路が接続される
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の排気混合装置。
