Claims (10)
- 空気圧ブレーキシステムのための圧縮空気を生成する主圧縮機(1)と、電気エネルギを供給する車載バッテリ(6)と、鉄道車両の空気圧ブレーキシステムのための貯蔵圧力容器(3)とを備える、鉄道車両の圧縮空気供給装置であって、
パンタグラフ(5)用の調整駆動部である少なくとも1つの空気圧アクチュエータ(4)を動作させるために、追加的に補助空気を供給するための圧縮空気生成手段が設けられている、
圧縮空気供給装置において、
前記補助空気を供給するための前記圧縮空気生成手段は、前記鉄道車両の、電気モータ駆動式の前記主圧縮機(1)を、前記車載バッテリ(6)から供給される電気駆動エネルギによって低回転数で動作させるための電気的な周波数変換器(7)を含み、
前記主圧縮機(1)に接続された圧縮空気通路(8)に補助通路(9)が接続されており、前記圧縮空気通路(8)から、前記空気圧アクチュエータ(4)に前記補助空気を供給するために前記補助空気が分岐されており、
前記主圧縮機(1)は、前記主圧縮機(1)が前記圧縮空気生成手段へ前記補助空気を供給するときは、前記主圧縮機(1)が前記貯蔵圧力容器(3)へ空気を供給するときよりも低回転数で、前記周波数変換器(7)を用いて駆動される
ことを特徴とする圧縮空気供給装置。 - 前記主圧縮機(1)は、前記主圧縮機(1)が前記貯蔵圧力容器(3)へ空気を供給するときは、前記車載バッテリ(6)以外の電源によって駆動される、請求項1記載の圧縮空気供給装置。
- 前記主圧縮機(1)には、吸着式エアドライヤ(2)が後置接続されており、前記吸着式エアドライヤ(2)の吐出口側の前記圧縮空気通路(8)において、補助空気回路を接続するための前記補助通路(9)が分岐している、
請求項1または2記載の圧縮空気供給装置。 - 前記圧縮空気通路(8)は、前記貯蔵圧力容器(3)に繋がっている、
請求項1から3いずれか1項記載の圧縮空気供給装置。 - 前記圧縮空気通路(8)内の前記吸着式エアドライヤ(2)と前記貯蔵圧力容器(3)との間の領域に、最小圧力弁(10)が配置されており、
前記最小圧力弁(10)は、前記吸着式エアドライヤ(2)に向かって方向付けられた阻止方向を有し、
前記補助通路(9)は、前記圧縮空気通路(8)における、前記吸着式エアドライヤ(2)と前記最小圧力弁(10)との間の領域から分岐している、
請求項3記載の圧縮空気供給装置。 - 前記最小圧力弁(10)は、圧力が4bar、好ましくは8barを上回ると開弁される、
請求項5記載の圧縮空気供給装置。 - 前記吸着式エアドライヤ(2)は、2チャンバ式のドライヤの形態で構成されており、2つの乾燥容器(11a,11b)を含み、
前記2つの乾燥容器(11a,11b)は、乾燥サイクルと再生サイクルとで交互に動作可能である、
請求項3記載の圧縮空気供給装置。 - 圧縮空気供給装置の動作方法であって、
主圧縮機(1)によって、空気圧ブレーキシステムのための圧縮空気を生成し、
車載バッテリ(6)によって、電気エネルギを供給し、
パンタグラフ(5)用の調整駆動部である少なくとも1つの空気圧アクチュエータ(4)に、追加的に補助空気を供給する、
動作方法において、
前記補助空気を供給するときは、鉄道車両の、電気モータ駆動式の前記主圧縮機(1)を、前記車載バッテリ(6)から供給される電気駆動エネルギによって、電気的な周波数変換器(7)によって、前記空気圧ブレーキシステムのための圧縮空気を生成するときより低回転数で動作させ、
前記主圧縮機(1)に接続された圧縮空気通路(8)から、補助通路(9)を介して前記補助空気を分岐させる、
ことを特徴とする動作方法。 - 前記主圧縮機(1)は、前記主圧縮機(1)が前記空気圧ブレーキシステムのための圧縮空気を生成するときは、前記車載バッテリ(6)以外の電源によって駆動される、請求項8記載の動作方法。
- 少なくとも1つのパンタグラフ(5)を備える鉄道車両であって、
前記パンタグラフ(5)の調整駆動部は、少なくとも1つの空気圧アクチュエータ(4)の形態で構成されており、
前記少なくとも1つの空気圧アクチュエータ(4)に、請求項1から7のいずれか1項記載の圧縮空気供給装置が圧縮空気を供給する、
ことを特徴とする鉄道車両。
