Claims (10)
- ベースプレート(2)とロックブラケット(3)とを備え、金属のスタータブランク(11)から冷間アップセットによって成形される、自動車ロック用の一体型ロックストライカ(1)の製造方法であって、
前記スタータブランク(11)は実質的に直方体状であり、当該ロックストライカ(1)がひずみ硬化するような態様で前記スタータブランク(11)は成形され、
前記スタータブランク(11)が、15mm〜25mmの幅(12)および/または30mm〜45mmの長さ(13)を有することを特徴とする、一体型ロックストライカの製造方法。 - 冷間アップセットまたは冷間プレスされたワイヤまたはプロファイルワイヤが、450mm2〜1125mm2の断面積または外形面積を有するスタータブランク(11)として用いられる、請求項1に記載の一体型ロックストライカの製造方法。
- 前記スタータブランク(11)が25mm〜45mmの高さを有する、請求項1または2に記載の一体型ロックストライカの製造方法。
- 前記冷間アップセットが複数の工程または段階で行われる、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の一体型ロックストライカの製造方法。
- 成形後に、焼き戻しにより、熱処理も付加される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の一体型ロックストライカの製造方法。
- 成形中の形状への主要な変更は、前記スタータブランク(11)の断面部分または外形表面部分に対して垂直に行われる、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の一体型ロックストライカの製造方法。
- 前記スタータブランク(11)の材料として、前記焼き戻しされた鋼が用いられる、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の一体型ロックストライカの製造方法。
- 前記スタータブランク(11)の前記材料は、38Cr2、46Cr2、34Cr4、34CrS4、37Cr4、37CrS4、41Cr4、41CrS4、25CrMo4、25CrMoS4、34CrMo4、34CrMoS4、42CrMo4、42CrMoS4、50CrMo4、34CrNiMo6、30CrNiMo8、35NiCr6、36NiCrMo16、39NiCrMo3、30NiCrMo16−6、51CrV4などの焼き戻しされた鋼、20MnB5、30MnB5、38MnB5、27MnCrB5−2、33MnCrB5−2、39MnCrB6−2、またはCq22(材料番号:1.1152)、C35EC、C35RC、C45EC、C45RX、37M02、38Cr2、46Cr2、34Cr4、37Cr4、41Cr4、41CrS4、25CrMo4、25CrMoS4、34CrMo4、37CrMo4、42CrMo4、42CrMoS4、34CrNiMo6、41NiCrMo7−3−2などの冷間アップセット鋼、または17B2、23B2、28B2、33B2、38B2、17MnB4、20MnB4、23MnB4、27MnB4、30MnB4、36MnB4、37MnB5、30MoB1、32CrB4、36CrB4、31CrMoB2−1である、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の一体型ロックストライカの製造方法。
- 前記ベースプレートの厚さ(13)は、3〜5mmである、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の一体型ロックストライカの製造方法に従って製造された、自動車ロック用のロックストライカ。
- 前記ロックブラケットの厚さ(17)は前記ベースプレートの前記厚さ(13)を上回り、少なくとも2倍の厚さである、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のロックストライカ。
