Claims (15)
- アブレーションシステムであって、
先端領域を有する長尺状シャフトと、
前記先端領域に配置された複数のアブレーションタインと、
を備え、
前記アブレーションタインの各々が、管状部材であって、その内部に配置されたフレキシブル回路を有する管状部材を含み、
前記フレキシブル回路が、基板と、前記基板に結合された1つまたは複数の電極と、前記基板に結合されかつ前記1つまたは複数の電極に隣接して配置された温度センサと、を含み、
前記複数のアブレーションタインが第1アブレーションタインおよび第2アブレーションタインを含み、
双極電極の対が、前記第1アブレーションタインに配置された第1電極および前記第2アブレーションタインに配置された第2電極によって画定される、
アブレーションシステム。 - 前記複数のアブレーションタインが、アブレーションタインの先端側アレイとアブレーションタインの基端側アレイとを含む、請求項1に記載のアブレーションシステム。
- 前記アブレーションタインの先端側アレイが、前記アブレーションタインの基端側アレイから周方向にずれて配置されている、請求項2に記載のアブレーションシステム。
- 前記フレキシブル回路が、前記基板の第1面に沿って配置された第1トレースを含み、前記第1トレースが前記温度センサに結合されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のアブレーションシステム。
- 前記フレキシブル回路が、前記基板の第2面に沿って配置された第2トレースを含み、前記第2トレースが、ビアを介して前記第1トレースに結合されている、請求項4に記載のアブレーションシステム。
- 前記1つまたは複数の電極が、前記基板の第2面に沿って配置されている、請求項5に記載のアブレーションシステム。
- 前記フレキシブル回路が、前記基板の第1面に沿って配置されたアクティブトレースを含み、前記温度センサが前記アクティブトレースに結合され、前記アクティブトレースに結合されたリターントレースが、前記基板の第1面に沿って配置されている、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のアブレーションシステム。
- 前記フレキシブル回路が、1つまたは複数の追加の温度センサを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のアブレーションシステム。
- 前記フレキシブル回路が、前記管状部材内で折り畳まれている、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のアブレーションシステム。
- 前記アブレーションタインに結合されたプロセッサをさらに備える、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のアブレーションシステム。
- 前記プロセッサが、前記温度センサからのフィードバックに基づいて前記双極電極の対に供給される電力を調整することが可能である、請求項10に記載のアブレーションシステム。
- 組織を焼灼する医療デバイスであって、
先端領域を有する長尺状シャフトと、
前記先端領域に沿って配置されたアブレーションタインの先端側アレイと、
前記アブレーションタインの先端側アレイに隣接して配置されたアブレーションタインの基端側アレイと、
を備え、
前記アブレーションタインの先端側アレイ、前記アブレーションタインの基端側アレイまたは両方が、第1形態と拡張形態との間でシフトすることが可能であり、
前記アブレーションタインの先端側アレイおよび前記アブレーションタインの基端側アレイが、複数の管状部材を含み、
各管状部材が、その内部に配置されたフレキシブル回路を有し、
前記フレキシブル回路が、基板と、前記基板に沿って配置されかつ前記管状部材に電気的に結合された1つまたは複数の電極と、前記基板に結合されかつ前記1つまたは複数の電極に隣接して配置された温度センサとを含み、
前記複数の管状部材が双極電極の1つまたは複数の対を画定し、
前記医療デバイスが、前記アブレーションタインの先端側アレイおよび前記アブレーションタインの基端側アレイに結合されたプロセッサを備え、
前記プロセッサが、前記温度センサからのフィードバックに基づいて前記1つまたは複数の電極に供給される電力を調整することが可能である、
医療デバイス。 - 前記アブレーションタインの先端側アレイが、前記アブレーションタインの基端側アレイから周方向にずれて配置されている、請求項12に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記フレキシブル回路が、1つまたは複数の追加の温度センサを含む、請求項12または13に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記フレキシブル回路が、前記管状部材内で折り畳まれている、請求項12〜14のいずれか一項に記載の医療デバイス。
