Claims (3)
- 一方の軸線が他方の軸線に対して傾斜するよう配置される2個の傘歯車であって、相対的に大径の大径傘歯車と、前記大径傘歯車と噛合する相対的に小径の小径傘歯車とを備え、
前記大径傘歯車のかみ合い歯面における歯形丸みが100μm以上外方へ突出する歯形丸み形状を有する傘歯車対の歯面を加工する方法において、
前記小径傘歯車の歯すじに沿って延びるスワーフ加工経路を予め複数本設定する工程と、
5軸NC加工機に装着されたエンドミルの側部を、当該5軸NC加工機にチャッキングされた前記小径傘歯車の歯車素材に当てながら前記複数本のスワーフ加工経路に沿って動かしてスワーフ加工を施す工程とを備え、
前記スワーフ加工経路を設定する工程は、1本当たりの前記スワーフ加工経路によって切削形成される実際の歯面と理想歯面との間における歯形許容誤差の最大値が、20μm以内の範囲に含まれるよう、前記スワーフ加工の経路を設定することを特徴とする、傘歯車対の製造方法。 - 前記大径傘歯車または前記小径傘歯車のいずれか一方は、各歯の歯すじ方向一方端部分と一体に形成されて傘歯車の周方向に延びる円周リブを有する、請求項1に記載の傘歯車対の製造方法。
- カッターヘッドと、前記カッターヘッドの周方向に配設される複数のブレードとを有し、前記カッターヘッドから突出する前記ブレードの刃先形状が前記大径傘歯車の歯形丸み形状に対応する凹み形状にされる円板カッターを準備し、
前記円板カッターで歯車素材を切削し、前記大径傘歯車の歯面を形成する、請求項1に記載の傘歯車対の製造方法。
