Description
The present invention relates to a vehicle door structure in which a gap between a vehicle door and a vehicle body is sealed by a double seal structure.
In order to prevent water, dust, and noise from entering the vehicle interior from the outside of the vehicle, the vehicle door is usually provided with a seal member such as a weather strip so as to surround the door opening in an annular shape. For example, Patent Documents 1 to 4 describe a double seal structure in which seal members are provided on both a door and a vehicle body. When such a double seal structure is employed, even if foreign matter such as water or sound enters from the outer first seal member, the foreign matter or sound can be blocked by the inner second seal member. Therefore, it goes without saying that a double seal structure can ensure a higher sealing performance (airtightness) than a single seal structure.
However, when the double seal structure is adopted, when the door is closed, the two large and small seal members seal the door and the vehicle body in a double ring shape, so that an annular space is formed between the seal members. Is done. This space is sealed at the moment when the door is closed, and the air inside thereof is compressed to increase the atmospheric pressure, and exerts a reaction force on the door, causing a problem that the closing performance of the door deteriorates.
Patent Document 1 is a technique related to a vehicle body structure for the purpose of improving passenger occupancy, and Patent Document 2 is a technique for protecting an occupant and the like against a large impact from the side of the vehicle. That is, Patent Documents 1 and 2 do not mention the problem of deterioration of the door closing performance.
Patent Documents 3 and 4 describe a ventilation structure that allows air that is suddenly pushed into a space between two seal members when a vehicle door is closed to escape outside the vehicle. However, Patent Documents 3 and 4 are systems in which a hole is directly formed in a door inner panel that forms a space between two seal members. Therefore, air can escape from the hole, but conversely, foreign matter such as water and dust entering the door may enter through the hole and enter the space between the two seal members. In this case, the provision of the double seal structure is useless, and the possibility that foreign matter enters the vehicle compartment increases.
In view of the above problems, the present invention is a vehicle capable of preventing deterioration in the closing performance of a door due to an increase in atmospheric pressure in a space between two seal members while maintaining high airtightness of a passenger compartment by a double seal structure. The purpose is to provide a door structure.
In order to solve the above-described problems, a typical configuration of a vehicle door structure according to the present invention includes a door inner panel that constitutes the inner surface of the vehicle door, and a door trim that is attached to the inside of the door inner panel. In the vehicle door structure, a door seal member that is annularly attached to the door inner panel so as to surround the door trim and that contacts the vehicle body when the door is closed to seal a gap between the door inner panel and the vehicle body; A body seal member that is annularly attached to the vehicle body and contacts the door trim when the door is closed to seal a gap between the vehicle body and the door trim to form a first space between the door seal member and the door trim contacting the door inner panel and projects exterior side door trim and the door inner panel a rib for maintaining a distance between the door inner panel A rib that adjoins the first space with the second space formed between the door trim and the door trim; and a vent that is opened in the door trim and communicates with the first space and the second space. Features.
According to the above configuration, the air trapped in the first space formed between the door seal member and the body seal member when the door is closed is passed through the second space from the vent hole opened in the door trim. Can escape. As a result, an excessive increase in atmospheric pressure in the first space can be prevented, so that it is possible to prevent deterioration of the closing performance of the door.
Furthermore, unlike the prior art, since the door inner panel that forms the first space between the two seal members is not directly pierced, the double seal structure maintains high airtightness of the passenger compartment, It is also possible to prevent contamination.
The vent of the vehicle door structure communicates the first space and the second space at the moment when the body seal member contacts the door trim in the process of closing the door, and the door trim is connected to the vehicle body in the process. When the body seal member approaches the door trim and the contact area of the body seal member increases, the body seal member begins to block, and when the body seal member, the door trim, and the door trim come closer, the blockage area increases. When the door is completely closed, the door is preferably disposed at a position where it is completely closed by the door trim and the body sealing member.
According to the above configuration, the air confined in the first space can be released from the vent to the second space at the moment when the door is closed, the increase in atmospheric pressure is prevented, and the closing property of the door is not deteriorated. Moreover, as the door closes, the area where the vent is blocked increases, and when the door is completely closed, the vent is also blocked. Therefore, even if the first space is sealed and foreign matter enters the first space by breaking through the door seal member from the outside of the vehicle, it is possible to prevent foreign matter from entering the second space through the vent. It is.
The vehicle door structure may further include a recess that forms a third space facing the vent hole by recessing the door inner panel to the outside of the vehicle.
According to the above configuration, even in the case of a vehicle door structure in which sufficient ventilation is difficult only by the formation of the vent hole, a sufficient space for allowing air to pass through can be secured by forming the third space. Is possible. Therefore, it is possible to escape air to the second space more reliably.
Another structure of a vehicle door structure according to the present invention is a vehicle door structure including a door inner panel constituting an inner surface of a vehicle door and a door trim attached to the vehicle inner side of the door inner panel. The door seal member is annularly attached to the door inner panel and contacts the vehicle body when the door is closed to seal the gap between the door inner panel and the vehicle body, and the door attached annularly to the vehicle body. A body seal member that contacts the door trim when closed and seals the gap between the vehicle body and the door trim to form a first space between the door seal member, and the door inner panel is recessed outside the vehicle. A recess that forms a third space that communicates with the first space without contacting the edge of the door trim, and a door inner that protrudes from the edge of the door trim. And a rib that contacts the channel and keeps a distance between the door trim and the door inner panel, and that communicates the second space formed between the door inner panel and the door trim with the third space. To do.
According to the above configuration, the air trapped in the first space formed between the door seal member and the body seal member when the door is closed is released to the second space through the third space. Can do. As a result, an excessive increase in atmospheric pressure in the first space can be prevented, so that it is possible to prevent deterioration of the closing performance of the door.
Furthermore, unlike the prior art, there is no need to make a hole directly in the door inner panel that forms the space between the two seal members, thus maintaining a high airtightness of the passenger compartment by the double seal structure and preventing foreign matter from entering. It is possible.
Still another configuration of the vehicle door structure according to the present invention is a vehicle door structure including a door inner panel constituting an inner surface of the vehicle door and a door trim attached to the vehicle inner side of the door inner panel. A door seal member that is annularly attached to the door inner panel so as to surround and that contacts the vehicle body when the door is closed and seals a gap between the door inner panel and the vehicle body, and an annularly attached door to the vehicle body A body seal member that contacts the door trim when the door is closed and seals the gap between the vehicle body and the door trim to form a first space between the door seal member and the door inner panel protruding from the edge of the door trim A rib that contacts and keeps the distance between the door trim and the door inner panel formed between the door inner panel and the door trim. A rib that makes the second space adjacent to the first space with an edge of the door trim, and a notch that is formed by notching the edge of the door trim and communicating the first space and the second space. And
According to the above configuration, the air confined in the first space, which is formed between the door seal member and the body seal member when the door is closed, can escape to the second space through the notch. it can. As a result, an excessive increase in atmospheric pressure in the first space can be prevented, so that it is possible to prevent deterioration of the closing performance of the door.
Furthermore, unlike the prior art, since the door inner panel that forms the space between the two seal members is not directly perforated, the double seal structure maintains high airtightness in the passenger compartment and prevents foreign matter from entering. It is possible.
The vehicle door structure may further include a dent that forms a third space that communicates with the first space by widening the distance from the edge of the door trim by denting the door inner panel to the outside of the vehicle.
According to the above configuration, even in the case of a vehicle door structure in which sufficient ventilation is difficult only by the formation of the notch portion, the second space is formed from the first space by forming the third space for allowing air to pass therethrough. The frontage to the space is widened. Therefore, it is possible to escape air to the second space more reliably.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the vehicle door structure which can prevent the deterioration of the closing property of the door by the atmospheric pressure increase of the space between two seal members is provided, maintaining the high airtightness of a compartment by a double seal structure. Is possible.

As shown in FIG. 4A, the vehicle door structure according to the present embodiment is provided with a
According to the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4A, the

FIG. 4B is a diagram showing a modification of the first embodiment shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 4B, in the modification of the first embodiment, the door
(Second Embodiment)
FIG. 6 is a view corresponding to FIG. 4 showing a second embodiment of the vehicle door structure according to the present invention. FIG. 7 is a diagram showing a modification of FIG. 6, which will be described later. In the present embodiment, only differences from the first embodiment of FIG. 4 will be described, and the same elements as those of the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals. According to the embodiment of FIG. 4, the air in the
The second embodiment solves the above problem. FIG. 6A shows a moment when the
That is, as shown in FIG. 6A, in the present embodiment, the
On the other hand, in this embodiment, the distance between the
