Description
− 製造される部品の製造コストの増加する可能性があること;
− 完成部品の機械的性質の劣化、例えばヤング率および破断点伸びの減少がそれにより起こり得ること;
− 架橋段階の期間が延長され、このような期間延長は、押出法に関連してしばしば必要とされる高温(>200℃)で、両親媒性コポリマーの親水性部分の化学分解の問題をもたらす可能性があり、そして製造ラインの全体的速度を大幅に減少させる可能性があること。
(a)106mPa・sを上回る粘度を有するHCRシリコーンベース100重量部のと、疎水性ポリジオルガノシロキサンブロックおよび親水性ポリ(エチレンオキシド)、ポリ(プロピレンオキシド)またはエチレンオキシドおよびプロピレンオキシドコポリマーブロックを含む両親媒性コポリマー0.3〜7重量部、例えば0.5〜5重量部、またはさらには1〜3重量部とを、HCRベースと両親媒性コポリマーとの均質ブレンドが得られるまでブレンドすること、
(b)得られた均質ブレンドを成形すること、そして
(c)成形したブレンドを、例えば、150℃〜200℃など120℃〜225℃の温度での加熱、適切な電磁放射線での照射(光架橋)、またはそれらの組み合わせによって硬化させること
を含むシリコーンで作られた部品の製造法である。
− ビニル基と過酸化アルキルなどの過酸化物とを有するポリジメチルシロキサン(VMQ)を含む単一成分ベース、または
− ビニル基を有するポリジメチルシロキサン(VMQ)と、ヒドロシリル基と触媒としての白金を有する架橋剤とを含む2成分ベースであり、白金は架橋剤とは別に保管する。
・A−B−A構造のトリブロックコポリマー(各Aはポリ(エチレンオキシド)ブロックを表し、BはPDMSブロックを表す)、
・複数のポリ(エチレンオキシド)ブロックがグラフトされている1つのPDMSブロックを含むグラフトコポリマー、および
・1つのポリ(エチレンオキシド)ブロックがグラフトされている3〜8個のジメチルシロキサン単位を含むPDMSブロックから形成されるコポリマー
からなる群から選択される。
A:Di−1010(Siltech)ABAブロックコポリマー、Mw=1800g/mol、粘度約20mPa・s
B:CR 1115(Siltech)−ABAブロックコポリマー、粘度約5000mPa・s
C:Di−5018−F(Siltech)−ABAブロックコポリマー、Mw=6200g/mol、粘度約12000mPa・s
D:HJ2−708(Siltech)−PEGグラフト化PDMS−粘度約1800mPa・s
E:Coat−O−Sil 7608(Momentive)−6〜9個のエチレンオキシド単位を含む親水性尾部を有するトリ(ジメチルシロキサン)
F:Coat−O−Sil 7602(Momentive)−PEG−グラフト化PDMS−Mw=3000g/mol、粘度約100mPa・s
G:Coat−O−Sil 77(Momentive)−6〜9個のエチレンオキシド単位および1つのメトキシ末端を含む親水性尾部を有するトリ(ジメチルシロキサン)
H:500W Additive(Dow Corning)−6〜9個のエチレンオキシド単位および1つのアセチル末端を含む親水性尾部を有するトリ(ジメチルシロキサン)
I:SiH6185.0(Gelest)−6〜9個のエチレンオキシド単位を含む親水性尾部を有するトリ(ジメチルシロキサン)
Claims (13)
- シリコーンで作られた部品の製造法であって:
(a)106mPa・sを上回る粘度を有するHCRシリコーンベース100重量部を、疎水性ポリジオルガノシロキサンブロックと、親水性ポリ(エチレンオキシド)、ポリ(プロピレンオキシド)、または、エチレンオキシドおよびプロピレンオキシドコポリマーブロックと、を含む両親媒性コポリマー0.3〜7重量部と、HCRベースおよび両親媒性コポリマーの均質ブレンドが得られるまでブレンドすることであって、前記両親媒性コポリマーが、そのポリジオルガノシロキサン部分中に、前記HCRシリコーンベースと反応できる反応性基を含み、前記反応性基がビニル、シラノール、アルコキシシリル、ヒドロシリル基、またはそれらの組み合わせを含むことを特徴とするブレンドすること、
(b)前記得られた均質ブレンドを成形すること、そして
(c)前記成形したブレンドを硬化させること
を含む方法。 - 前記HCRシリコーンベースが白金系触媒を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 120℃〜225℃の温度での加熱、適切な電磁放射線での照射、またはそれらの組み合わせによって前記硬化を実施することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記HCRシリコーンベースが:
ビニル基を有するポリジメチルシロキサン(VMQ)と、ヒドロシリル基および触媒としての白金を有する架橋剤とを含む2成分ベースであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 段階(b)が押出段階であるか、または異形要素の押出段階を含み、前記異形要素がチューブを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 段階(b)が、前記得られた均質ブレンドと熱可塑性または熱硬化性有機ポリマーの少なくとも1つの他の組成物との共押出の段階であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記共押出された有機ポリマーがエラストマーであり、前記エラストマーが両親媒性コポリマーを含まない熱硬化性シリコーンベース(HCR)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記両親媒性コポリマーが、A−B−A構造のトリブロックコポリマー(各Aはポリ(エチレンオキシド)ブロックを表し、BはPDMSブロックを表す)、複数のポリ(エチレンオキシド)ブロックがグラフトされた1つのPDMSブロックを含むグラフトコポリマー、および1つのポリ(エチレンオキシド)ブロックがグラフトされた3〜8個のジメチルシロキサン単位を含むPDMSブロックで形成されたコポリマーからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって得ることができる、硬化シリコーンで作られた部品。
- チューブであることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のシリコーンで作られた部品。
- 装置の作動中に、シリコーンで作られた前記部品の表面が、タンパク質、微生物または微生物の成長を促進する物質を含む水性液体と接触するように設計された、請求項9または10に記載のシリコーンで作られた少なくとも1つの部品を含む前記装置。
- 前記装置が、前記装置の作動中に、シリコーンで作られた前記部品の前記表面がタンパク質、微生物または微生物の成長を促進する物質を含む水性液体と接触するように設計された、液体のサンプリング、ポンピング、輸送および/または分注のための電気装置であることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が飲料分注機、好ましくはコーヒーメーカーであること、そしてシリコーンで作られた前記部品がタンパク質を含む水性液体と、例えばミルクと接触する傾向であることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の装置。
