Description
特にチタン、ジルコニウム及びイットリウムのうちの2つ以上を少なくとも有する、チタン、ジルコニウム、ハフニウム、スカンジウム、イットリウム、又はこれら金属若しくは化合物の混合物若しくは組み合わせから選択された金属又は化合物の前駆体材料の層を、前記接触面に堆積させるステップであって、前記前駆体材料は、加水分解性前駆体又は加水分解性前駆体溶液のうちの1つ以上を有するステップと、
前記層を処置し、酸化チタン、酸化ジルコニウム、酸化ハフニウム、酸化スカンジウム、酸化イットリウム、又はこれらの混合物若しくは組み合わせを有する層を得るステップであって、特に前記層は、酸化チタン、酸化ジルコニウム及び酸化イットリウムのうちの2つ以上を有する混合酸化物を有するステップと、
を有する方法に関する。特に、斯くして得られた層は、使用時に処置されている衣類上を滑動する外側層又は滑動層として該被覆により含まれる。それ故、斯くして得られた層は、酸化チタン及び酸化チタンを有する混合酸化物を有しても良く、その他の酸化物及び/又は混合酸化物が任意に含まれても良い。特に、斯くして得られた層は、Y2TiO5、Y2Ti2O7及びY2Ti3O9のうち1つ以上を有する。更に、特に該層又は被覆は、それぞれ該層又は被覆に対して、少なくとも50wt%、より特には少なくとも75wt%、更に特には少なくとも90wt%のここで示された混合酸化物を有する。
手順:
−M(i−OPr)4(即ち金属イソプロポキシド)をアセト酢酸エチル(EAA)とモル比1:1で混合し、1時間攪拌する(好適にはM=Ti又はZr)。
−使用前に、0.1%乃至80%の濃度、好適には0.5%乃至40%の濃度にまで、イソプロピルアルコールにより前駆体を希釈する。
−25mlのBuOH中において、0.5グラムのTi(OPr)4を0.47リン酸トリブチルと混合することにより、TiPOxが作成された。その結果の溶液が、チタン及びジルコニウムの酸化物について説明されたように適用されても良い。
−25mlのBuOH中において、0.5グラムのZr(OPr)4を0.28リン酸トリブチルと混合することにより、ZrPOxが作成された。その結果の溶液が、チタン及びジルコニウムの酸化物について説明されたように適用されても良い。
Claims (19)
- 衣類処置機器のための処置プレートであって、前記処置プレートは、使用時に処置されている衣類上を滑動する接触面を持ち、前記接触面は、酸化チタン、酸化ジルコニウム、酸化ハフニウム、酸化スカンジウム、酸化イットリウム、又はこれらの混合物から選択された金属酸化物を有する被覆を備え、前記被覆は、酸化チタン、酸化ジルコニウム及び酸化イットリウムのうちの2つ以上を有する混合酸化物を有する、処置プレート。
- 前記被覆はゾルゲル被覆である、請求項1に記載の処置プレート。
- 前記被覆は、(i)酸化チタン及び酸化ジルコニウムの混合物、又は(ii)酸化チタン及び酸化イットリウムの混合物、から成る、請求項1又は2に記載の処置プレート。
- 前記被覆は、酸化チタン及び酸化イットリウムを有する混合酸化物を有する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の処置プレート。
- 前記被覆は、1μmよりも小さい厚さを持つ、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の処置プレート。
- 前記処置プレートは、前記被覆が塗布された前記接触面を持つ基板を有し、前記基板は、金属、エナメル、有機ポリマー、有機ケイ酸塩又はケイ酸塩基板である、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の処置プレート。
- 前記処置プレートは、金属基板を有し、前記処置プレートは更に、前記金属基板と前記被覆との間に配置された少なくとも1つの層を有し、前記層は、金属合成物、エナメル、有機ポリマー、有機ケイ酸塩又はケイ酸塩層である、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の処置プレート。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の処置プレートを有する、衣類処置機器。
- 前記被覆は、酸化チタン及び酸化イットリウムを有する混合酸化物を有する、請求項8に記載の衣類処置機器。
- 衣類処置機器のための処置プレートの接触面に被覆を生成する方法であって、前記接触面は、使用時に処置されている衣類上を滑動するものであり、前記方法は、
チタン、ジルコニウム及びイットリウムのうちの2つ以上を少なくとも有する、チタン、ジルコニウム、ハフニウム、スカンジウム、イットリウム、又はこれら金属若しくは化合物の混合物から選択された金属又は化合物の前駆体材料の層を、前記接触面に堆積させるステップであって、前記前駆体材料は、加水分解性前駆体又は加水分解性前駆体溶液のうちの1つ以上を有するステップと、
前記層を処置し、酸化チタン、酸化ジルコニウム、酸化ハフニウム、酸化スカンジウム、酸化イットリウム、又はこれらの混合物を有する層を得るステップであって、前記層は、酸化チタン、酸化ジルコニウム及び酸化イットリウムのうちの2つ以上を有する混合酸化物を有するステップと、
を有する方法。 - チタン、ジルコニウム、ハフニウム、スカンジウム、イットリウム、又はこれら金属若しくは化合物の混合物から選択された金属の、加水分解性前駆体の層を、前記接触面に堆積させるステップと、
前記層を硬化させ、酸化チタン、酸化ジルコニウム、酸化ハフニウム、酸化スカンジウム、酸化イットリウム、又はこれらの混合物を有する層を得るステップと、
を有する、請求項10に記載の方法。 - 前記堆積は、乾式化学工程による、請求項10又は11に記載の方法。
- チタン、ジルコニウム、ハフニウム、スカンジウム、イットリウム、又はこれら金属若しくは金属化合物の混合物から選択された金属の、加水分解性前駆体溶液を作成するステップと、
前記前駆体溶液の層を前記接触面に堆積させるステップと、
乾燥の後に硬化させ、酸化チタン、酸化ジルコニウム、酸化ハフニウム、酸化スカンジウム、酸化イットリウム、又はこれらの混合物を有する層を得るステップと、
を有する、請求項10に記載の方法。 - 前記堆積は、湿式化学工程による、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記金属のアルコキシド前駆体又は酢酸塩前駆体の溶液を作成するために用いられる溶媒は、エタノール、イソプロピルアルコール、2−ブタノール又は2−ブトキシエタノールといった、低級アルコールである、請求項13又は14に記載の方法。
- 前記アルコキシド前駆体又は酢酸塩前駆体は、プロパノレート又はアセチルアセトネート誘導体であり、前記乾燥及び硬化は、400℃よりも低い温度で実行される、請求項13乃至15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記処置プレートの前記接触面は、金属、エナメル、有機ポリマー、有機ケイ酸塩又はケイ酸塩組成物から成る、請求項10乃至16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記接触面は、金属合成物、エナメル、有機ポリマー、有機ケイ酸塩又はケイ酸塩から成る少なくとも1つの層により、予め被覆された、請求項10乃至17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記得られた層は、酸化チタン及び酸化イットリウムを有する混合酸化物を有する、請求項10乃至18のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
