Claims (14)
- 負極と正極とを含む電極アセンブリと、
前記電極アセンブリが内蔵される空間を有するケースと、
前記電極アセンブリと電気的に連結され、前記ケースの外側に突出した端子と、
前記端子と前記電極アセンブリとを電気的に連結する集電部材と、
前記集電部材を部分的に囲む絶縁部材と、を含み、
前記集電部材には、複数のヒューズ部が形成され、前記ヒューズ部は、前記絶縁部材によって囲まれた第1ヒューズ部と、前記絶縁部材によって囲まれずに露出した第2ヒューズ部とを含むことを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記集電部材には、ヒューズホールが形成され、前記ヒューズホールの一側端に第1ヒューズ部が連結形成され、前記ヒューズホールの他側端に第2ヒューズ部が連結形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記集電部材は、前記端子に固定される端子接合部と、前記端子接合部から折曲形成された側板と、前記側板から折曲形成され、前記正極または前記負極に固定された集電片とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記集電部材は、前記側板の下部に連結形成された連結部と、前記連結部から折曲形成され、前記正極または前記負極に固定された集電片とを含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材は、前記端子接合部を囲む上部絶縁部を含み、前記上部絶縁部には、前記第2ヒューズ部を露出させる切開部が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記集電部材には、ヒューズホールが形成され、前記上部絶縁部には、前記ヒューズホールに挿入される離隔支持部が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材は、前記側板を囲む側面絶縁部と、前記側板に連結された集電片を囲む集電絶縁部とを含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材は、前記連結部を囲む下部絶縁部と、前記連結部から折曲形成された集電片を囲む集電絶縁部とを含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1ヒューズ部と前記第2ヒューズ部は、前記絶縁部材の幅方向に沿って離隔配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記集電部材には、第1ヒューズホールと第2ヒューズホールが形成され、前記第1ヒューズホールと前記第2ヒューズホールは、前記集電部材の幅方向に沿って離隔配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1ヒューズホールの端部に前記第1ヒューズ部が連結形成され、前記第2ヒューズホールの端部に前記第2ヒューズ部が連結形成され、前記第1ヒューズホールと前記第2ヒューズホールとの間に第3ヒューズ部が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材には、前記第1ヒューズ部と前記第2ヒューズ部を露出させる切開部が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材は、インサート射出で形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材は、ポリプロピレン(PP)、ペルフルオロアルコキシ(PFA)、ポリフェニレンスルフィド(PPS)、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)からなる群より選択されるいずれか1つの物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
