Description
1)殺菌区域に汚染空気が侵入することを避けるために、周辺区域の圧力よりも殺菌区域の圧力を高く維持すること。
2)包装容器の内部の再汚染を避けるために、包装容器の開端部からその容器の閉端部へ向かう殺菌剤の一方向の流れを形成すること。
そのために、この従来技術装置の殺菌区域は、その殺菌区域の頂部において気体殺菌剤の流れを制御する手段と、その殺菌区域の下部において殺菌剤を排出する手段とを含んでいる。
Claims (8)
- 充填機械の殺菌区域における装置であって、
パッケージ(102)を移送する移送ライン(106)と、
前記殺菌区域内の上方にあり、第1の殺菌レベルを有する第1の空間と、
前記殺菌区域内の下方にあり、第2の殺菌レベルを有する第2の空間と、
前記第1の空間に配置され、移送される前記パッケージ(102)に対してガスを噴射し、前記パッケージ(102)外面上に下方へ向かうガスの流れを作り出すガス噴射手段(8.2、116)と、
前記第2の空間に配置され、前記ガスを排出するガス排出手段(114)と、
前記第1の空間と前記第2の空間を連結し、前記通路の長手方向に対して垂直の方向に前記第1及び第2の空間の横断面積よりも小さい狭小横断面を有し、前記狭小横断面は、前記通路の長手方向に伸長する構造的な突き出し部(110)によって画定され、前記ガスの流れが通過するときに流速が高まるベンチュリ区域(108)と、
前記突き出し部(110)の上方に形成された前記ガスの再循環区域と、
を備える装置。 - 前記ガス噴射手段が、前記パッケージの中へガスの流れを方向付け、前記パッケージから戻ったガスの流れを受止め、前記第1の空間から前記第2の空間へ向けて前記パッケージの外面に平行となるようにガスの流れを再度方向付けするために配置されたノズル(8.2、116)を含む請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記移送ライン(106)に取り付けられ、閉端部でもって前記パッケージを移送するキャリヤ手段(104)をさらに含み、前記キャリヤ手段は、ガスの流れを方向付けするために、フローディレクタ(112)を含む請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記ベンチュリ区域の横断面積を狭めるために、前記フローディレクタの一部が前記ベンチュリ区域内に含まれる請求項3に記載の装置。
- 充填機械の殺菌区域においてパッケージを殺菌する方法であって、
前記パッケージを移送ライン(106)によって移送する工程と、
前記殺菌区域内の上方にあり、第1の殺菌レベルを有する第1の空間に含まれるガス噴射手段からガスを噴射し、移送される前記パッケージ外面上に下方へ向かうガスの流れを作り出す工程と、
前記殺菌区域内の下方にあり、第2の殺菌レベルを有する第2の空間に含まれるガス排出手段から前記ガスを排出する工程と、を備え、
前記第1の空間と前記第2の空間を連結し、前記通路の長手方向に対して垂直の方向に前記第1及び第2の空間の横断面積よりも小さい狭小横断面を有し、前記狭小横断面は、前記通路の長手方向に伸長する構造的な突き出し部(110)によって画定されるベンチュリ区域(108)を前記ガスの流れが通過するときに流速が高まり、前記突き出し部の上方に前記ガスが再循環される、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記ガス噴射手段がノズルを含んでおり、前記ノズルから前記パッケージの中へガスの流れを方向付けし、前記パッケージから戻ったガスの流れを前記ノズルで受止め、前記ノズルによってガスの流れを前記第1の空間から前記第2の空間へ向けて前記パッケージの外面に平行となるように再度方向付けする段階を含む請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記移送ライン(106)を通して閉端部でもって前記パッケージを移送するためにキャリヤ手段が配置され、前記キャリヤ手段はガスの流れを方向付けするためにフローディレクタを含む請求項5又は6に記載の方法。
- 前記ベンチュリ区域の横断面を狭めるために前記フローディレクタの一部が前記ベンチュリ区域に含まれる請求項7に記載の方法。
