Abstract
Description
本発明の第1の実施形態について、図1乃至図5を参照して説明する。図1は、本実施形態の処置システム1を示す図である。図1に示すように、処置システム1は、エネルギー処置具2及びエネルギー制御装置3を備える。エネルギー処置具2は、長手軸Cを有する。ここで、長手軸Cに沿う方向の一方側を先端側(矢印C1側)とし、先端側とは反対側を基端側(矢印C2側)とする。
なお、ある変形例では、エネルギー制御装置3に、手繰り寄せ部である突出部27A,27Bの作動状態を設定する設定部30が設けられてもよい(図1参照)。設定部30は、ノブ、ボタン又はタッチパネル等である。本変形例では、設定部30での設定に基づいて、突出部27A,27Bの作動状態が切替わり、例えば、設定部30での設定に基づいて、突出部27A,27Bが作動されるか否かが切替わる。
次に、第1の実施形態のある変形例である第2の実施形態について図7を参照にして説明する。なお、以下の説明では、第1の実施形態と同一の部分については同一の符号を付して、その説明は省略する。
(付記項1)
第1の把持片と第2の把持片との間を閉じ、前記第1の把持片と前記第2の把持片との間で処置対象を把持することと、
前記第1の把持片と前記第2の把持片との間が閉じる際において、前記第1の把持片と前記第2の把持片の間で把持される処置対象を、前記第1の把持片及び前記第2の把持片の幅方向について内側に向かって手繰り寄せることと、
前記第1の把持片と前記第2の把持片との間の領域へ手繰り寄せられた前記処置対象に処置エネルギーを付与し、前記処置対象を封止することと、
を具備する処置方法。
Claims (2)
- 第1の把持片と、
前記第1の把持片との間が開閉可能であり、前記第1の把持片との間が閉じることにより、前記第1の把持片との間で処置対象を把持可能な第2の把持片と、
前記第1の把持片及び前記第2の把持片の少なくとも一方に設けられ、前記第1の把持片と前記第2の把持片との間で把持される前記処置対象に処置エネルギーを付与することにより、前記処置対象を処置するエネルギー付与部と、
前記第1の把持片及び前記第2の把持片の少なくとも一方に設けられ、前記第1の把持片と前記第2の把持片との間に前記処置対象が配置される状態で前記第1の把持片と前記第2の把持片との間が閉じる際において、前記第1の把持片及び前記第2の把持片の幅方向について内側に向かって前記処置対象を手繰り寄せる手繰り寄せ部と、
前記手繰り寄せ部の作動状態を設定する設定部と、
を具備し、
前記手繰り寄せ部は、前記処置対象の手繰り寄せ量を、前記設定部での設定に基づく前記作動状態に対応させて変化させる、
エネルギー処置具。 - 前記手繰り寄せ部は、前記設定部での設定に基づいて、作動されるか否かが切替わり、
前記手繰り寄せ部が作動されない設定では、前記第1の把持片と前記第2の把持片との間が閉じても、前記処置対象が手繰り寄せられない、
