Description
Claims (19)
- 内部には第1チャンバが形成され、両端には、中心軸線に沿って同軸に設けられた液体入口(11)と液体出口(12)とが対向して設けられている弁体(10)と、
前記第1チャンバ内に設けられ、内部にはコイル(20)が設けられた第2チャンバと、
前記第2チャンバ内を貫通し、入口端が前記液体入口(11)に連通されるとともに、前記入口端と同軸に設けられた出口端が前記液体出口(12)と距離を隔てて設けられ、液体が前記出口端を通って前記液体出口(12)に流れる第3チャンバと、
前記第3チャンバ内に前記中心軸線に沿って移動可能に設けられているバルブコア(31)と、
前記第3チャンバのチャンバ壁に設けられ、前記第1チャンバと前記液体入口(11)とを連通する第1の液体通路孔(33)と、
を備えることを特徴とする電子膨張弁。 - 前記バルブコア(31)には、前記中心軸線と平行に延在する第2の液体通路孔(311)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子膨張弁。
- 前記第3チャンバのチャンバ壁には、前記バルブコア(31)がスライドするスライドレール溝(32)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子膨張弁。
- 前記スライドレール溝(32)の内壁には貯油孔(321)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電子膨張弁。
- 前記第3チャンバの内壁には、前記バルブコア(31)に当接する戻しバネ(36)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子膨張弁。
- 前記第2チャンバの第1端にはエンドカバープレート(23)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子膨張弁。
- 前記第3チャンバ内に、前記戻しバネ(36)を位置決めするための位置決め用スナップリング(35)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電子膨張弁。
- 前記液体入口(11)と前記液体出口(12)のいずれにもフィルタが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子膨張弁。
- 前記コイル(20)に通電する電流の大きさと時間を制御するコントローラをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子膨張弁。
- 内部には第1チャンバが形成され、両端には、中心軸線に沿って同軸に設けられた液体入口(11)と液体出口(12)とが対向して設けられている弁体(10)と、
前記第1チャンバのチャンバ壁の外側に嵌め込まれたコイル(20)と、
前記第1チャンバ内に設けられ、入口端が前記液体入口(11)に連通されるとともに、前記入口端と同軸に設けられた出口端が前記液体出口(12)と距離を隔てて設けられ、液体が前記出口端を通って前記液体出口(12)に流れる第2チャンバと、
前記第2チャンバ内に前記中心軸線に沿って移動可能に設けられているバルブコア(31)と、
前記第2チャンバのチャンバ壁に設けられ、前記第1チャンバと前記液体入口(11)とを連通する第1の液体通路孔(33)と、
を備えることを特徴とする電子膨張弁。 - 前記バルブコア(31)には、前記中心軸線と平行に延在する第2の液体通路孔(311)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の電子膨張弁。
- 相対的に回動するステータ(21)とロータ(22)とをさらに備え、
前記ステータ(21)が前記第2チャンバの外に設けられ、前記バルブコア(31)が、前記ロータ(22)とともに前記ステータ(21)に対して回動するように前記ロータ(22)に接続されることを特徴とする請求項10又は11に記載の電子膨張弁。 - 前記ロータ(22)が永久磁石体のロータであることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の電子膨張弁。
- 前記ステータ(21)が前記ロータ(22)と螺合することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の電子膨張弁。
- 前記コイル(20)が開放型コイルであることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の電子膨張弁。
- 前記コイル(20)に絶縁層(25)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の電子膨張弁。
- エンドカバープレート(23)をさらに備え、
前記バルブコア(31)がエンドカバープレート(23)により前記ロータ(22)に接続されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の電子膨張弁。 - 前記コイル(20)に通電する電流の大きさと時間を制御するコントローラをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の電子膨張弁。
- 前記液体入口(11)と前記液体出口(12)のいずれにもフィルタが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の電子膨張弁。
