Description
本発明の医療機器の第1実施形態について、図1乃至図4を参照して説明する。医療機器は、処置対象の生体組織に対して各種のエネルギーを加えて、切開、切除、凝固、止血等の各種の処置を行う処置具である。
図5を参照して、第2実施形態の医療機器について説明する。第2実施形態の医療機器11では、被覆部31が第1皮膜51と第2皮膜52の間に第3皮膜55を有する点で第1の実施形態のものと異なっているが、他の部分は第1実施形態と共通している。このため、主として第1実施形態と異なる部分について説明し、第1実施形態と共通する部分については図示或いは説明を省略する。
図6を参照して、第3実施形態の医療機器について説明する。第3実施形態の医療機器11では、第1皮膜51中で厚さに差がある点、および第3皮膜55中で厚さに差がある点、で第1の実施形態のものと異なっているが、他の部分は第1実施形態と共通している。このため、主として第2実施形態と異なる部分について説明し、第2実施形態と共通する部分については図示或いは説明を省略する。
図7を参照して、第1から第3実施形態の医療機器11の変形例について説明する。ここでは、主として上記実施形態と異なる部分について説明する。
Claims (11)
- 振動の節位置と、前記節位置から先端位置までの領域と、を有するとともに、前記振動が伝達される振動伝達部材と、
前記領域のうち、前記先端位置から前記先端位置よりも基端側の所定の位置まで被覆するように構成され、前記振動伝達部材と線膨張係数が異なる第1皮膜と、
前記領域のうち、前記所定の位置よりも基端側を覆う第2皮膜と、
を有し、
前記第1皮膜の厚さは前記第2皮膜の厚さよりも小さい、
医療機器。 - 前記節位置は、前記振動伝達部材の最も先端側に位置する節位置である請求項1に記載の医療機器。
- 前記振動伝達部材に近接した近接位置と前記振動伝達部材から離隔した離隔位置との間で移動可能で、前記振動伝達部材に当接するパッドを有するクランプ部材と、
を備え、
前記第1皮膜は、前記パッドと対向する部分のいずれかの箇所に設けられる請求項1に記載の医療機器。 - 前記第1皮膜は、前記先端位置から、前記振動の波長の1/8の長さの範囲に設けられる請求項1に記載の医療機器。
- 前記第1皮膜は、前記先端位置から、前記振動の波長の1/16の長さの範囲に設けられる請求項1に記載の医療機器。
- 前記第1皮膜は、前記振動伝達部材よりも低い熱伝導率、および前記振動伝達部材よりも高い電気抵抗、の少なくとも一方の性質を有する材料で形成される請求項1に記載の医療機器。
- 前記領域のうち、前記第1皮膜と前記第2皮膜との間の位置に設けられる第3皮膜を備え、
前記第3皮膜の厚さは、前記第2皮膜の厚さよりも小さく、前記第1皮膜の厚さよりも大きい請求項1に記載の医療機器。 - 前記第3皮膜の厚さは、前記第2皮膜に近づくにつれて大きくなる請求項7に記載の医療機器。
- 前記第2皮膜の厚さは、前記節位置に近づくにつれて大きくなる請求項1に記載の医療機器。
- 前記第1皮膜の厚さは、前記節位置に近づくにつれて大きくなる請求項1に記載の医療機器。
- 前記振動伝達部材には、超音波エネルギーと高周波エネルギーとが同時に印加可能であり、
前記領域は、前記パッドと当接する部分に露出部を有し、前記露出部は、前記第1皮膜および前記第2皮膜によって覆われない請求項3に記載の医療機器。
