(1)下記化1に示す式(I)で表される4F−α−D−ガラクトピラノシルスクロース。
(2)下記化2に示す式(II)で表される4F−β−D−フルクトフラノシルスクロース。
(3)下記化3に示す式(III)で表される4F−α−D−フルクトフラノシルスクロース。
(5)エタノール溶出画分を、ODS(octadecylsilyl)カラムを用いたHPLC(high−performance liquid chromatography)によって更に分離、精製する工程を含むことを特徴とする、(4)に記載の方法。
(6)ビート糖蜜が、イオン交換樹脂製糖法でのビート糖製糖工程汁からの砂糖回収後の糖蜜であることを特徴とする、(4)又は(5)に記載の方法。
このようにして得られた新規オリゴ糖は、同じ構成糖の三糖類であるラクトスクロース、ラフィノース、ケストースなどと同様の機能(整腸作用、甘味作用など)を発揮することが期待でき、さらに、同じ結合様式である二糖類のラクチュロースやマルチュロースなどと同様の機能(抗う蝕作用など)も併せて発揮することが期待できる。
ビート由来の新規三糖類(オリゴ糖I、オリゴ糖II、オリゴ糖III)は、以下のようにして取得した。
実施例1で取得した各オリゴ糖について、以下のようにして構造解析を行った。
Claims (6)
- ビート糖蜜を強酸性カチオン交換樹脂(Na型)に通液してオリゴ糖溶出画分を分離し、該画分を活性炭−セライトカラムに通液し、3〜7%(v/v)エタノール水溶液溶出画分を取得する工程からなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のオリゴ糖の製造方法。
- エタノール溶出画分を、ODSカラムを用いたHPLCによって更に分離、精製する工程を含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- ビート糖蜜が、イオン交換樹脂製糖法でのビート糖製糖工程汁からの砂糖回収後の糖蜜であることを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載の方法。
