Description
Claims (7)
- 船舶の側面部や後尾に構成されたプロペラの周囲を取り囲むように円筒状に形成され、前記プロペラの回転による流体の流れ方向を案内し、
内部面には、共鳴周波数を減殺させる複数の共鳴筒がn×m(ここで、nとmは、それぞれ0を除いた自然数)の形態で配列されて、前記プロペラの回転時に発生する音響波を減殺させ、
前記共鳴周波数は、以下の数式1から計算され得、
防音ダクトの長さは、前記プロペラの直径より長いことを特徴とする共鳴筒を用いた船舶プロペラ用防音ダクト。 - 前記n×mの形態で配列された複数の共鳴筒は、
それぞれの入口が中心部に向かうように前記防音ダクトの内部面に円筒状に配列され、前記プロペラの中心軸が前記円筒状の直径中心部に位置することによって、前記複数の共鳴筒が前記プロペラの各電流固定羽根を円筒状に取り囲むように配置されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の共鳴筒を用いた船舶プロペラ用防音ダクト。 - 前記複数の共鳴筒のそれぞれは、
遮断しようとする音響周波数帯に応じて入口面積が互いに同一にまたは異なる形にそれぞれ形成され、互いに同一または異なる共鳴周波数の各音響波をそれぞれ減殺させることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の共鳴筒を用いた船舶プロペラ用防音ダクト。 - 前記複数の共鳴筒のそれぞれは、
遮断しようとする音響周波数帯に応じて、入口面積の他にも、内部体積または入口長さが互いに同一にまたは異なる形にそれぞれ形成され、互いに同一または異なる共鳴周波数の各音響波をそれぞれ減殺させることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の共鳴筒を用いた船舶プロペラ用防音ダクト。 - 前記それぞれの共鳴筒は、
プラスチックやゴムまたは金属材質でそれぞれ形成され、ゴム材質の平面状のパネルに付着及び配列された後で巻かれることによって、円筒状に形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の共鳴筒を用いた船舶プロペラ用防音ダクト。 - 前記それぞれの共鳴筒は、
軟性プラスチックやゴムまたは金属材質で射出成形され、互いに一体化された平面状に形成れた後で巻かれることによって、円筒状に形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の共鳴筒を用いた船舶プロペラ用防音ダクト。 - 前記プロペラは、
前記円筒状の防音ダクトの内部のうち最も前側に位置したり、前記円筒状の防音ダクトの内部中間に位置したり、前記円筒状の防音ダクトの内部のうち最も前側と中間との間のいずれか一ヶ所に位置することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の共鳴筒を用いた船舶プロペラ用防音ダクト。
