Description
本変形例は、図3に示すように、上記実施形態のストレーナ30において清掃機構40の構成を変更したものである。具体的に、本変形例の清掃機構40では、清掃ブラシ41がスクリーン36と略同じ長さに形成されている。そして、清掃機構40では、モータ43によって清掃ブラシ41がスクリーン36の軸周りに回転するように構成されている。つまり、清掃ブラシ41はスクリーン36の内周面と接しながら回転する。この清掃ブラシ41の回転動作によって、スクリーン36に捕捉された異物が除去される。なお、図示しないが、清掃ブラシ41はスクリーン36の周方向において部分的に接しており、スクリーン36の内部から接続路35へ向かうドレンの流れが清掃ブラシ41によって阻害されることはない。その他の構成、作用および効果は上記実施形態と同様である。

Claims (2)
- スチームトラップに設けられるストレーナであって、
内部にドレンの流入路と、該流入路に接続されるブロー通路と、入口端がブロー通路に接続され出口端が外部に開口し上記スチームトラップの流入通路に接続される接続路と、出口端が外部に開口し入口端が外部に開口し上記スチームトラップの排出通路に接続される流出路とが形成されたケーシングと、
上記ケーシングのブロー通路に設けられ、ドレン中の異物を捕捉するフィルタ部材と、
上記フィルタ部材の異物の捕捉面に接し、該捕捉面の異物を除去する電動の清掃部材と、
開弁することにより、上記フィルタ部材に捕捉された異物をドレンの流れによって外部に排出する電動のブロー弁と、
上記ケーシングの流入路におけるドレンの温度または圧力が所定値未満になると、上記清掃部材および上記ブロー弁を駆動させる制御部とを備えている
ことを特徴とするストレーナ。 - 請求項1に記載のストレーナにおいて、
上記制御部は、上記ドレンの温度または圧力が所定値未満になると、上記清掃部材を駆動させ、次いで、上記ブロー弁を駆動させる
ことを特徴とするストレーナ。
