Description
別体の部分として設計されたフレーム要素を有するこのタイプのばね力締付接続部において、保持セクションが装着脚の伸長方向延長部内において伸長し、曲げセクションが、締め付けられるべき導体の挿入方向において締付位置の後方に、電気導体の自由端部を受け入れるための導体受入空間の境界を形成し、ベースセクションが、曲げセクションからベースセクションの自由端部に向かって、締め付けられるべき導体の挿入方向とは反対方向に伸長することが提案される。

Claims (10)
- 締付ばね(2)および母線(6)を備える、電気導体を締め付けるためのばね力締付接続部(1)であって、締付ばね(2)が、装着脚(3)と、装着脚(3)に隣接するばねアーチ(4)と、ばねアーチ(4)に隣接する締付脚(5)と、を有し、締付脚(5)が、隣接する母線(6)と共に、締め付けられるべき導体に対する締付位置を形成するための締付端縁(12)を有し、ばね力締付接続部(1)がさらに、フレーム要素(7)を有し、フレーム要素(7)は、締付ばね(2)および母線(6)とは別体の部分として設計され且つベースセクション(10)と、ベースセクション(10)に隣接する曲げセクション(9)と、曲げセクション(9)に隣接し且つベースセクション(10)から間隔をなす保持セクション(8)と、を有し、締付ばね(2)の装着脚(3)が保持セクション(8)に固定されている、該ばね力締付接続部(1)において、
保持セクション(8)が装着脚(3)の伸長方向延長部内において伸長し、曲げセクション(9)が、締め付けられるべき導体の挿入方向(L)において締付位置の後方に、電気導体の自由端部を受け入れるための導体受入空間(14)の境界を形成し、ベースセクション(10)が、曲げセクション(9)からベースセクション(10)の自由端部に向かって、締め付けられるべき導体の挿入方向(L)とは反対方向に伸長し、
ベースセクション(10)が母線(6)に係合することを特徴とするばね力締付接続部(1)。 - 締付ばね(2)の装着脚(3)が、フレーム要素(7)の保持セクション(8)に、溶接、はんだ付け、鋲接、楔止め、圧着、接着またはねじ締めにより固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のばね力締付接続部(1)。
- フレーム要素(7)の保持セクション(8)が、突出する心出し突起(17)を有し、心出し突起(17)が締付ばね(2)の装着脚(3)の心出し開口(18)内に入り込み且つ締付ばね(2)を保持セクション(8)に固定することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のばね力締付接続部(1)。
- 心出し突起(17)がフレーム要素(7)の金属板材料から型押しにより形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のばね力締付接続部(1)。
- 締付ばね(2)の装着脚(3)が、突出する心出し突起を有し、心出し突起がフレーム要素(7)の保持セクション(8)の心出し開口内に入り込み且つ締付ばね(2)を保持セクション(8)に固定することを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のばね力締付接続部(1)。
- 母線(6)がベースセクション(10)またはベースセクション(10)に接続された支持板(20)に当接することを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載のばね力締付接続部(1)。
- 母線(6)が、電気導体を締付位置に受け入れ且つ案内するための切欠部(19)を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載のばね力締付接続部(1)。
- 母線(6)がベースセクション(10)に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載のばね力締付接続部(1)。
- 締付脚(5)が、締付脚(5)の端縁領域の横側に配置された少なくとも1つの操作タブ(11)を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載のばね力締付接続部(1)。
- 絶縁材ハウジング(22)内の、請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載のばね力締付接続部(1)を特徴とする、該絶縁材ハウジング(22)を備えた導体接続端子(21)。
