Description
Claims (4)
- 案内装置の軌道レールに設けられたボルト取付け孔に対して閉塞キャップを圧入するための治具であって、
多数の転動体を介して前記軌道レールに組み付けられて当該軌道レール上を移動する移動ブロックに装着されており、
前記ボルト取付け穴が開口する前記軌道レールの上面に摺接する仕上げ面と、前記仕上げ面に隣接すると共に前記軌道レールの長手方向に沿って傾斜して当該軌道レールとの間に楔状空間を形成し、前記移動ブロックの移動に伴って前記ボルト取付け穴に仮置きされた閉塞キャップを当該ボルト取付け穴に押し込む誘導面と、を有することを特徴とする閉塞キャップの圧入治具。 - 前記誘導面は前記軌道レールの幅方向に沿って凹曲面状に形成され、前記楔状空間の軌道レールの幅方向に沿う断面形状は弓形をなしていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の閉塞キャップの圧入治具。
- 前記誘導面は前記仕上げ面に対して傾斜した一対の押圧平面を有し、前記楔状空間の軌道レールの幅方向に沿う断面形状は三角形をなしていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の閉塞キャップの圧入治具。
- 前記移動ブロックに対する可動体の取付け面に固定された保持プレートを介して前記移動ブロックに装着されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の閉塞キャップの圧入治具。
