Description
Claims (13)
- 介入装置であり、
複数の開口を有する側壁を備えたケーシングであり、前記複数の開口は、当該ケーシングの前後軸に対して傾いた方向に延在している、ケーシングと、
信号インタフェースと複数の信号アセンブリとを含むサブアセンブリであり、各信号アセンブリがセンサ及び/又はエミッタを含み、各信号アセンブリが、前記ケーシングのそれぞれの開口とアライメントされて該開口を通じて信号を受信及び/又は放射する、サブアセンブリと
を有し、
前記信号インタフェースの外表面と前記ケーシングの外表面とが前記開口のエッジで平坦になり、且つ前記信号インタフェースの前記外表面と前記ケーシングの前記外表面とが当該介入装置の滑らかな外表面を形成するように、前記信号インタフェースが前記ケーシングの内側から前記複数の開口の中まで延在し、
前記信号アセンブリは、固定素子によって前記ケーシングの内側から固定され、前記ケーシングと、隣接し合う信号アセンブリと、前記固定素子とによって、1つ以上の導管路が画成されている、
介入装置。 - 前記信号アセンブリはそれぞれ、前記ケーシングと前記固定素子との間で、且つ/或いは前記固定素子に、確実に係止されている、請求項1に記載の介入装置。
- 前記ケーシングは更に、前記1つ以上の導管路に流体接続された1つ以上の貫通孔を含む、請求項1に記載の介入装置。
- 前記信号アセンブリの前記外表面は少なくとも部分的に前記信号インタフェースの表面である、請求項1に記載の介入装置。
- 信号アセンブリの前記外表面の少なくとも一部が、該信号アセンブリの前記センサ及び/又はエミッタの表面である、請求項1に記載の介入装置。
- 信号アセンブリは、該信号アセンブリの前記センサ及び/又はエミッタと前記固定素子との間に配設されたアダプタを含む、請求項1に記載の介入装置。
- 前記ケーシングは更に、正面開口を有する正面壁を含み、
前記サブアセンブリは更に、前記正面開口を通じて信号を放射するエミッタ及び/又は前記正面開口を通じて信号を受信するセンサを含む更なる信号アセンブリを含み、
前記信号インタフェースは、前記信号インタフェースの外表面と前記正面壁の外表面とが前記正面開口のエッジで平坦になり且つ前記信号インタフェースの前記外表面と前記ケーシングの前記外表面とが当該介入装置の滑らかな外表面を形成するように、前記ケーシングの内側から前記正面開口の中まで延在している、
請求項1に記載の介入装置。 - 介入装置を組み立てる方法であって、
複数の開口を有する側壁を備えたケーシングを用意するステップであり、前記複数の開口は、前記ケーシングの前後軸に対して傾いた方向に延在する、ステップと、
信号インタフェースと、前記ケーシングの開口を通じて信号を受信するセンサ及び/又は前記ケーシングの開口を通じて信号を放射するエミッタを各信号アセンブリが含む複数の信号アセンブリと、を含むサブアセンブリを、前記ケーシングに挿入し、且つ前記複数の信号アセンブリの各信号アセンブリを前記ケーシングのそれぞれの開口とアライメントするステップと、
前記信号インタフェースの外表面と前記ケーシングの外表面とが前記開口のエッジで平坦になり、且つ前記信号インタフェースの前記外表面と前記ケーシングの前記外表面とが前記介入装置の滑らかな外表面を形成するように、前記信号アセンブリを動かすステップと
を有し、
前記動かすことは、前記ケーシングに固定素子を挿入することによって実現される、
方法。 - 前記固定素子は、その遠位端に面取りを備えており、且つ/或いはその遠位端で先細りになっており、前記信号アセンブリは、前記固定素子を挿入するとき、前記面取り及び/又は先細りによって前記固定素子の外表面に導かれる、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記固定素子を挿入することは、前記ケーシングの内部で前記固定素子を回転させることを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記固定素子を挿入することは、前記ケーシングの内部で前記固定素子を変形させることを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記固定素子は、圧縮された形体で挿入され、前記固定素子の前記変形は膨張を含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記ケーシングは更に、正面開口を有する正面壁を含み、
