Description
a.ウレタンプレポリマー、1種または複数のポリイソシアネートおよび1種または複数の触媒を真空中で混合するステップ。
b.窒素で真空を破り、次いで混合物に充填剤を加えるステップ。
c.真空中で再び混合するステップ。次いで、使用する場合は安定剤を投入し、再び混合する。
d.窒素で真空を破り、調製した接着剤を気密管に移動するステップ。
プレポリマー1を、以下に記載するそれらの量の成分を化学的に反応させることにより調製する。
a.ジオールおよびトリオールならびにPalatinol N(第I部)を釜に加えて混合し、窒素下で加熱するステップ。温度を54℃に設定する。
b.温度が54℃に達した時にMDIを釜に加えるステップ。
c.T−9を滴下でゆっくり加えるステップ。温度が上昇したら、T−9を加えることを止め、滴下数を記録する。発熱温度を観察して記録する。ピーク温度に達したら、反応混合物を80℃以上(90℃未満)に60分間保持する。
d.温度を60℃に設定するステップ。Palatinol N(第II部)およびDEMを加え、30分間混合する。NCOのための試料を取得する。
e.窒素下で詰め、室温で粘度を測定するステップ。
比較試料(試料A)を記載した量のプレポリマー1、DMDEE、DABCO DC21、ある場合はDesmodur N−3300ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートトリマー、およびある場合はPAPI 20を2ガロンのミキサーに加えることにより調製する。混合物を真空中で脱気し、15分間混合する。真空を破り、予めオーブン乾燥して室温に冷却したカーボンブラックおよび粘土の両方を加える。真空をゆっくり作動する。真空の半分が達成された時に、混合を開始して2分間充填剤を湿潤させる。次いで真空弁を完全開放し、最大真空下で混合を15分間継続する。その後、再び真空を破り、混合物を平坦にする。再び最大真空を適用し、混合物を真空中でさらに5分間混合する。次いで、真空を窒素で除去し、接着剤組成物を封管内に詰め、アルミニウム製袋内に保管する。
なお、本願発明には、以下の実施態様が包含される。
[1]a)約25重量%より多いウレタンプレポリマー樹脂;
b)約0.25重量%より多いポリイソシアネート;
c)約0.1重量%より多い有機アミンおよび/または約60ppmより多い有機金属触媒化合物;ならびに
d)充填剤
を含むウレタン接着剤組成物。
[2]約0.5重量%より多いポリイソシアネートを含む、[1]に記載の組成物。
[3]約1重量%より多いポリイソシアネートを含む、[2]に記載の組成物。
[4]約7.5重量%以下のポリイソシアネートを含む、[1]に記載の組成物。
[5]約5重量%以下のポリイソシアネートを含む、[4]に記載の組成物。
[6]約3重量%以下のポリイソシアネートを含む、[5]に記載の組成物。
[7]前記ポリイソシアネートは2.5より大きい公称官能基数を有する芳香族ポリイソシアネートを含む、[1]から[6]のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
Claims (8)
- a)25重量%より多い、ポリオキシプロピレンジオール、ポリオキシプロピレントリオールおよびメチレンジフェニルジイソシアネートの反応により調製されるウレタンプレポリマー樹脂;
b)0.25重量%より多い、2.5より大きい公称官能基数を有する芳香族ポリイソシアネートを含むポリイソシアネート;
c)0.1重量%より多く、0.5重量%以下である有機アミンおよび60ppmより多い有機金属触媒化合物;ならびに
d)充填剤
を含むウレタン接着剤組成物。 - 0.5重量%より多いポリイソシアネートを含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 1重量%より多いポリイソシアネートを含む、請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 7.5重量%以下のポリイソシアネートを含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 5重量%以下のポリイソシアネートを含む、請求項4に記載の組成物。
- 3重量%以下のポリイソシアネートを含む、請求項5に記載の組成物。
- 有機アミンが、ジモルホリノジエチルエーテル(DMDEE)およびアルキル置換されたモルホリノ化合物から選ばれる、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 有機金属触媒化合物が、ジアルキルスズジカルボン酸塩である、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
