Description
Claims (10)
- 試料からスパーク誘発発光を生起させるスパーク光源と、
単一の入射スリットと、
前記単一の入射スリットを通して光を誘導するトロイダル鏡と、
前記鏡により入射スリットを通して誘導された光を回析させる複数の回折格子であって、これにより同時に照射される複数の回折格子と、
前記複数の回折格子からの回析光を検知する少なくとも1個のアレイ検知器と、を含み、
前記スパーク光源は、試料の表面に向かい合って取り付けられる電極を備えており、
前記鏡は、前記スパーク光源の異なる領域からの光が前記格子における光像内で空間的に分離されるように、前記入射スリットを通して光を誘導することにより、第1の回折格子が前記スパーク光源の第1の領域からの光で優先的に照射され、同時に第2の回折格子が前記スパーク光源の第2の領域からの光で優先的に照射されるように、前記スパーク光源,前記鏡,及び前記入射スリットの各中心が水平面に位置し、前記回折格子が互いに対して垂直に取り付けられ、ここで垂直は前記水平面に直交することを意味し、前記電極及び試料が、互いに対して垂直に取り付けられ、前記鏡が、前記入射スリットの下流側に水平焦点を有し且つ前記入射スリットの上流側に垂直焦点を有する、スパーク発光分光計。 - 前記鏡が、光学機器の介在無しに分析対象の光を前記スパーク光源から直接集光するために、入射スリットよりも前に配置されている、請求項1に記載の分光計。
- 前記鏡が光の楕円形の像を形成する、請求項1または2に記載の分光計。
- 前記検知器で検知された回析光において1個以上のスペクトル干渉が解決される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の分光計。
- 前記分光計が更に、光源の1個以上の特定の領域から発せられる光の量を減らす1個以上の光学的マスキング系を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の分光計。
- 前記鏡が、前記入射スリットへ向けて光を光源から約90度屈折させるように配置されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の分光計。
- 前記格子の各々が、前記入射スリットからほぼ等距離に取り付けられ、且つ前記少なくとも1個の検知器からほぼ等距離に取り付けられている、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の分光計。
- 各格子が、他の格子とは異なるスペクトル範囲内で前記少なくとも1個の検知器上にスペクトルを形成し、前記スペクトルが全体で少なくとも147〜418nmのスペクトル範囲をカバーする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の分光計。
- 前記回析光を検知する前記少なくとも1個のアレイ検知器が、光検知器の複数の別々の列を含む光検知器のアレイであり、各格子が、光検知器の別々の列の上にスペクトルを形成する、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の分光計。
- トロイダル鏡を用いて分析対象のスパーク誘発発光をスパーク光源から入射スリットを通して誘導するステップと、
前記入射スリットを通して誘導された光で複数の回折格子を同時に照射することにより、各格子が前記光の一部を回析させるステップと、
少なくとも1個のアレイ検知器を用いて前記複数の回折格子からの回析光を検知するステップと、を含み、
前記スパーク光源は、試料の表面に向かい合って取り付けられる電極を備えており、
前記スパーク光源の異なる領域からの光が前記格子における光像内で空間的に分離されるように、前記鏡が前記入射スリットを通して光を誘導することにより、第1の回折格子が前記スパーク光源の第1の領域からの光で優先的に照射され、同時に第2の回折格子が前記スパーク光源の第2の領域からの光で優先的に照射されるように、前記スパーク光源,前記鏡,及び前記入射スリットの各中心が水平面に位置し、前記回折格子が互いに対して垂直に取り付けられ、ここで垂直は前記水平面に直交することを意味し、前記電極及び試料が、互いに対して垂直に取り付けられ、前記鏡が、前記入射スリットの下流側に水平焦点を有し且つ前記入射スリットの上流側に垂直焦点を有する、スパーク発光分光法。
