Description
− 金属表面を、以下の成分:
a)ポリマーまたは金属表面への塗布後に反応してポリマーとなる二成分系と、
b)オレフィン性二重結合を含み、蒸気圧浸透圧測定法によって測定して、最高38000g/モルの、好ましくは最高34000g/モルの数平均分子量Mnを有する不飽和化合物と、
を含有する組成物であって、該組成物が70〜2700ミリ当量/kgの、好ましくは140〜1800ミリ当量/kgの、特に好ましくは350〜1350ミリ当量/kgの前記二重結合を含む量で前記不飽和化合物が含まれる組成物で被覆することを特徴とする前記製造方法である。

モノパイル構造は、円筒状の中空の支柱からなる。モノパイルは、沿岸にある多くの欧州の洋上風力発電地帯で使用される。モノパイルは、約20メートルまでの水深の基礎のために適している。モノパイルは、簡単かつ迅速に設置することができるが、建設のために重たい杭打ち装置が必要となる。最近では、ドリルヘッドを用いた穏やかな設置の試みがなされている。

90質量部のポリアミドPA1〜PA5を、260℃で二軸スクリュー押出機WP ZSK 30, 33D中で10質量部のTOR1と一緒に溶融混合し、25mmのワイヤメッシュを用いた溶融濾過に通し、引き続き押出成形し、水浴中で冷却し、造粒する。
アルミニウム管を、ALCOA法(文献:Walter Brockmann, Stefan Emrich, Kleben und Dichten Jahrgang 44, 9/2000, 第40頁)に従って清浄化し、引き続きチタン塩溶液で濡らし(Granodine 1455、Henkel社、ドイツ)、気流中で乾燥させ、少なくとも240℃の温度に誘導加熱し、そして例1〜7のポリアミド成形材料で被覆した。比較のために、相応して、ポリアミドPA1〜PA5での被覆も実施した(比較例1〜5)。

- 金属物品の被覆方法であって、金属表面を、ポリアミドを含む組成物で被覆する前記方法において、前記組成物が、
以下の成分:
a)ポリアミドと、
b)オレフィン性二重結合を含み、蒸気圧浸透圧測定法によって測定して、最高38000g/モルの数平均分子量M n を有する不飽和化合物と、
を含有し、
該組成物が70〜2700ミリ当量/kgのオレフィン性二重結合を含む量で前記不飽和化合物が含まれ、
前記不飽和化合物が、ポリアルケニレンであることを特徴とする、前記被覆方法。 - 被覆された金属物品が製造されるか、または金属物品の被覆中の欠陥が修復されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 被覆された金属物品であって、金属表面を、ポリアミドを含む組成物で被覆することによって製造された前記金属物品において、前記組成物が、
以下の成分:
a)ポリアミドと、
b)オレフィン性二重結合を含み、蒸気圧浸透圧測定法によって測定して、最高38000g/モルの数平均分子量M n を有する不飽和化合物と、
を含有し、
該組成物が70〜2700ミリ当量/kgのオレフィン性二重結合を含む量で前記不飽和化合物が含まれ、
