Description
Claims (10)
- 球面を有する構造体と、入射ポートにおいて一端に前記球面に光を照射可能な発光素子が取り付けられると共に、他端にヒートシンクが取り付けられたLED回路基板と、前記構造体に穿設される測定ポートと、前記構造体に穿設されると共に、前記発光素子から照射されて前記球面で拡散反射された光を前記測定ポートを介して測定対象に反射させて得た反射光を外部に出射可能な出射ポートと、前記構造体の外部において前記出射ポートに接続可能な測定器と、測定対象物の測定面に設置されると共に、前記測定ポートの外部から前記構造体に接続可能な測定ガイドと、を備え、前記測定ガイドは、前記測定面に当接する面を有すると共に、その反対側に前記構造体の内壁を臨んで前記内壁と同一の曲率を有する面を有することを特徴とする積分球。
- 前記入射ポートと出射ポートと測定ポートは、前記球面空間において、前記入射ポートの中心軸線と出射ポートの中心軸線の交差角が略90度となると共に、前記出射ポートの中心軸線と前記測定対象が保持される測定面から前記測定ポートの中心を通って前記球面空間に延びる法線の交差角が所定範囲内の角度となるように前記構造体に穿設されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の積分球。
- 前記測定ポートは、前記法線が前記球面空間の中心点を通るように前記構造体に穿設されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の積分球。
- 前記測定器は、前記出射ポートに光吸収部を介して接続可能であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の積分球。
- 前記LED回路基板が前記構造体の外部に配置され、よって前記発光素子から照射された光が前記構造体に穿設された入射ポートを介して前記球面に入射されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の積分球。
- 前記LED回路基板は、断熱材からなる遮光板を介して前記構造体の外部から前記入射ポートに取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1または5記載の積分球。
- 前記出射ポートと測定ポートは、前記拡散反射された光が通過自在な窓で閉鎖されることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の積分球。
- 前記測定ガイドは、それぞれ径の異なる孔が穿設される複数個のガイドからなることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の積分球。
- 前記測定ガイドは、前記球面の前記内壁を臨む面に拡散反射コーティングが施されることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の積分球。
- 前記測定ガイドは、前記測定面に当接する面に光の侵入を防止する光侵入防止部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の積分球。
