Description
測定用に必要な膜の幾何学的形状を決定する直線または略直線、
チューブまたは透明ハードコンポーネントに対してソフトコンポーネントのサポート機能を実行する膜に対向する直線または曲線、
ソフトコンポーネントの2つの側面でバネ機能を実現するための幾何学形状、それにより大気圧以下の圧力を測定するのに必要なプレロードが設定される。付加的に、内圧の上昇に伴って膜が反対側に配置されたサポート面から自分自身を除去するのにバネ機能が必要である。

Claims (7)
- 流体をポンピングするポンプと、流体を分配する少なくともひとつのエレメントを備えた、医療目的の流体を供給および測定するための装置であって、
少なくともひとつのリセスが前記エレメント内に設けられ、前記リセスは圧力検知材料からなるセンサーコンポーネントによってきつく覆われており、前記エレメントの材料は前記センサーコンポーネントの材料よりも硬く、前記装置はフォースセンサをさらに備え、それによって前記リセスの領域内の前記センサーコンポーネントの誘起圧力の変化が測定され、前記フォースセンサはプランジャを有し、前記リセスの領域内で前記センサーコンポーネントの面と前記プランジャとが直接的に接触し、
前記エレメントは中空ポートであり、それを通じて前記流体が前記ポンプに向かってまたは前記ポンプから離れてポンピングされ、
前記センサーコンポーネントは、外側から前記リセスをきつく覆うように、形状固定されて前記中空ポートを囲むチューブであるか、または、内側からリセスをきつく覆うように、形状固定されて前記中空ポートを囲むチューブである、ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記エレメントは、前記中空ポートおよび/または前記流体をポンピングするためのシリンダが取り付けられたフランジであり、前記流体は少なくとも部分的に前記フランジに沿って流れる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記センサーコンポーネントはエラストマーから形成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記センサーコンポーネントはシリコンまたは熱弾性エラストマーから形成される、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記センサーコンポーネントは、楕円形状の断面を有し、前記センサーコンポーネントの平坦面側が前記リセスの領域内に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記センサーコンポーネントは、少なくとも2つの対向する膜側面を含む断面を有する測定膜であり、前記膜側面はそれぞれ内側に屈曲しており、2つの膜側面を互いに結合する膜上面は、直線状に形成され、前記リセスの領域内に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記エレメントは平坦フランジおよび、キャビティを含むバルブプレートを有し、前記流体は前記フランジに沿って前記キャビティを通じて少なくとも部分的に流れ、前記センサーコンポーネントは前記キャビティに対向して初期流動を誘導するための螺旋形状のラビリンスを有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
