Description
本出願は、2012年12月13日出願の米国特許仮出願第61/737054号の利益を主張するものである。

Claims (16)

前記第2の上部ビームを前記第2の下部ビームに拡張可能に接続するように構成された、複数の第2の側部コネクタ要素であり、拡張することが、少なくとも実質的に、前記第2の側部平面上での屈曲からなる、前記複数の第2の側部コネクタ要素と、
を有する、前記横垂直方向拡張フレームを含み、
前記フレームは、in vivoで前記中心ビームと係合しフレームを拡張状態に支持するように構成されており、前記コネクタ要素は、横垂直方向拡張フレームの、拡張状態のフレームの中心軸に垂直な方向の構造剛性を維持する縦方向厚さと横断方向厚さの横断面アスペクト比を有するように構成されたストラットである、前記椎骨間骨組形成システム。 - フレームの遠位端部が、第1の上部ビーム、第1の下部ビーム、第2の上部ビーム、および第2の下部ビームを、ガイドプレートに対する横垂直方向の移動に拘束する、前記ガイドプレートと摺動可能に平行移動する接続を有する、請求項1に記載の骨組形成システム。
