Description
本出願は、2007年9月10日に出願された米国特許出願番号第60/971,177号、発明の名称、「APPARATUS, SYSTEMS AND TECHNIQUES FOR CENTERING AND FIXATING AN EYE FOR LASER SURGERY」の優先権を主張し、この文献は、引用によって、その全体が本願の一部として援用される。

Claims (8)
- レーザ手術する眼の圧平のためのデバイスにおいて、
光を供給する光学モジュールとは別体であるが該光学モジュールに取付可能な取付フレームと、
眼を保持し、前記光学モジュールから供給される光を透過させるリング開口を有し、前記リング開口において圧平レンズを受け入れるように構成された固定リングと、
前記固定リングを前記取付フレームに連結し、前記圧平レンズを受け入れて該受け入れた圧平レンズを摺動させることによって該圧平レンズを前記リング開口に案内するように構成される1つ以上のガイドと、
前記固定リング上に設けられたロックメカニズムであって、前記圧平レンズを前記固定リングにロックするロックメカニズムとを備えるデバイス。 - 前記固定リングは、吸気動作によって眼を保持する吸気メカニズムを備える請求項1記載のデバイス。
- 前記固定リングは、眼を保持する固定歯を備える請求項1記載のデバイス。
- 前記取付フレーム、前記固定リング及び前記ガイドの少なくとも一部は、使い捨てである請求項1記載のデバイス。
- 手術中に標的組織内に外科的な変化を引き起こすべく、手術用レーザパルスからなる手術用レーザビームを生成するように構成された手術用レーザと、
手術中に前記標的組織に接触し且つ前記標的組織を所定の位置に保持するように構成された患者インタフェースと、
前記手術用レーザと前記患者インタフェースとの間に配設され、前記手術用レーザビームを、前記患者インタフェースを介して、前記標的組織に方向付けるように構成され、前記標的組織内で所定の手術パターンに沿って前記手術用レーザビームを走査するように動作可能である光学モジュールとを備え、
前記患者インタフェースは、
前記光学モジュールとは別体であるが該光学モジュールに取付可能な取付フレームと、
前記標的組織を保持し、前記光学モジュールから供給された光を透過させ且つ圧平レンズを受け入れるリング開口を含む固定リングと、
前記固定リングを前記取付フレームに連結し、前記圧平レンズを受け入れて該受け入れた圧平レンズを摺動させることによって該圧平レンズを前記リング開口に案内するように構成される1つ以上のガイドと、
前記固定リング上に設けられたロックメカニズムであって、前記圧平レンズが前記標的組織に直接接触して、前記手術のためのインタフェースを形成するように、前記圧平レンズを前記固定リングにロックするロックメカニズムとを備える、レーザ手術システム。 - 前記手術用レーザ及び前記光学モジュールを制御して、前記手術用レーザパルスを前記標的組織における標的位置に集光するように構成された制御ユニットを備える請求項5記載のレーザ手術システム。
- 前記制御ユニットは、前記手術用レーザ及び前記光学モジュールを制御して、前記手術用レーザパルスを眼の角膜に方向付けるように構成された請求項6記載のレーザ手術システム。
- 前記制御ユニットは、前記手術用レーザ及び前記光学モジュールを制御して、前記手術用レーザパルスを眼の水晶体組織又は水晶体嚢胞組織に方向付けるように構成された請求項6記載のレーザ手術システム。
