Claims (15)
- 下部走行体と、
前記下部走行体上に搭載される上部旋回体と、
前記上部旋回体に搭載される油圧アクチュエータと、
前記上部旋回体に配置され、過給機を備えるとともに、一定回転数で制御される内燃機関と、
前記内燃機関に連結された油圧ポンプと、
前記油圧ポンプの吸収馬力を制御する制御装置と、を有し、
前記制御装置は、前記油圧アクチュエータの掘削負荷が増大する前に、前記油圧ポンプにより前記内燃機関の負荷を増大させることにより前記過給機の過給圧を増大させる、
ショベル。 - エンドアタッチメントを備え、
前記エンドアタッチメントが作業対象物から受ける反力の増減にかかわらず前記油圧ポンプの吸収馬力を増大させる、
請求項1に記載のショベル。 - 前記制御装置は、前記油圧ポンプの待機モードにおける吐出量を増大させることによって、前記油圧アクチュエータの掘削負荷が増大する前の前記油圧ポンプの吸収馬力を増大させる、
請求項1又は2に記載のショベル。 - 前記吐出量の増大は、前記油圧ポンプのレギュレータの調節によって実現され、
前記レギュレータの調節は、前記制御装置からの指令に応じて実行され、
前記レギュレータの調節は、ネガコン制御を停止させることを含む、
請求項3に記載のショベル。 - 前記油圧ポンプは、第1可変容量型油圧ポンプと該第1可変容量型油圧ポンプより高い応答性を備えた第2可変容量型油圧ポンプとを含み、
前記制御装置は、前記第2可変容量型油圧ポンプのレギュレータの調節によって前記油圧アクチュエータの掘削負荷が増大する前の前記油圧ポンプの吸収馬力を増大させる、
請求項3に記載のショベル。 - 前記制御装置は、前記油圧ポンプの待機モードにおける吐出圧を増大させることによって、前記油圧アクチュエータの掘削負荷が増大する前の前記油圧ポンプの吸収馬力を増大させる、
請求項1又は2に記載のショベル。 - 前記油圧ポンプが吐出する作動油の流れを制限する弁を有し、
前記制御装置は、前記弁を制御して前記油圧ポンプの待機モードにおける吐出圧を増大させる、
請求項6に記載のショベル。 - 前記油圧アクチュエータから排出される作動油を蓄積し、且つ、前記油圧ポンプの吐出側に作動油を放出可能なアキュムレータを有し、
前記制御装置は、前記アキュムレータから作動油を放出させて前記油圧ポンプの待機モードにおける吐出圧を増大させる、
請求項6に記載のショベル。 - 前記制御装置は、前記油圧アクチュエータの掘削負荷が増大する前に前記油圧ポンプにより前記内燃機関の負荷を増大させ、前記油圧アクチュエータの掘削負荷が増大する前に燃料噴射量を増大させる、
請求項1乃至8の何れかに記載のショベル。 - 前記制御装置は、前記油圧アクチュエータが操作されていないときのモードである待機モードのとき、又は、待機モードにおいて前記油圧アクチュエータの操作が開始された後の所定時間内で前記油圧アクチュエータの掘削負荷が増大する前に、前記内燃機関の負荷を増大させる、
請求項1乃至9の何れかに記載のショベル。 - 前記制御装置は、大気圧に応じて、前記油圧アクチュエータの掘削負荷が増大する前の前記油圧ポンプの吸収馬力を制御する、
請求項1又は2に記載のショベル。 - 下部走行体と、前記下部走行体上に搭載される上部旋回体と、前記上部旋回体に搭載される油圧アクチュエータと、前記上部旋回体に配置され、過給機を備えるとともに、一定回転数で制御される内燃機関と、前記内燃機関に連結された油圧ポンプと、前記油圧ポンプの吸収馬力を制御する制御装置とを有するショベルの制御方法であって、
前記油圧アクチュエータの掘削負荷が増大する前に、前記制御装置が前記油圧ポンプにより前記内燃機関の負荷を増大させることにより前記過給機の過給圧を増大させる工程を有する、
ショベルの制御方法。 - 前記制御装置は、
前記油圧ポンプの待機モードにおける吐出量を増大させることによって、前記油圧アクチュエータの掘削負荷が増大する前の前記油圧ポンプの吸収馬力を増大させ、或いは、前記油圧ポンプの待機モードにおける吐出圧を増大させることによって、前記油圧アクチュエータの掘削負荷が増大する前の前記油圧ポンプの吸収馬力を増大させる、
請求項12に記載のショベルの制御方法。 - 前記制御装置は、前記油圧アクチュエータの掘削負荷が増大する前に前記油圧ポンプにより前記内燃機関の負荷を増大させ、前記油圧アクチュエータの掘削負荷が増大する前に燃料噴射量を増大させる、
請求項12又は13に記載のショベルの制御方法。 - 前記制御装置は、前記油圧アクチュエータが操作されていないときのモードである待機モードのとき、又は、待機モードにおいて前記油圧アクチュエータの操作が開始された後の所定時間内で前記油圧アクチュエータの掘削負荷が増大する前に、前記内燃機関の負荷を増大させる、
