Description

- 前記ばねキャリヤは、該ばねキャリヤの遠位面に画定されている複数の半径方向のスロットを含み、該複数の半径方向のスロットは、該ばねキャリヤが、前記筐体内の最も前方位置へ移動させられた場合、該筐体の内壁に配置されている対応する複数の嵌合特徴を係合するように構成され、該複数の半径方向のスロットと該対応する複数の嵌合特徴との間の係合は、前記外側シャフト部材が回転させられた場合、該ばねキャリヤの回転を防止する、請求項4に記載の内視鏡的器具。

筐体であって、該筐体は、該筐体から遠位方向に延びている細長いシャフトアセンブリを含み、該細長いシャフトアセンブリは、内側シャフト部材および外側シャフト部材を有し、該内側シャフト部材および外側シャフト部材は、該筐体に取り外し可能に結合され、該外側シャフト部材は、該内側シャフト部材に対して移動可能である、筐体と、
該外側シャフト部材の遠位端において動作可能に支持されているエンドエフェクタと、
該シャフトアセンブリの該内側シャフト部材および外側シャフト部材に動作可能に結合され、該筐体に選択的かつ解放可能に結合されているブッシングであって、該ブッシングは、該ブッシングの近位端に位置している概ね環状の溝を含む、ブッシングと、
ラッチであって、該ラッチは、該筐体上に動作可能に配置され、該筐体に対して移動可能であることにより、該ブッシング上の環状の溝を選択的かつ解放可能に係合し、該内側シャフト部材および外側シャフト部材を該筐体から解放する、ラッチと
を備え、
該ブッシングは、少なくとも1つの戻り止めを含み、該少なくとも1つの戻り止めは、該内側シャフト部材を貫いて画定されている少なくとも1つのスロット、および、該外側シャフト部材を貫いて画定されている少なくとも1つのスロットを係合するように構成されている、内視鏡的器具。 - 前記ラッチは、一対の対向するアームを含み、該一対の対向するアームは、各々、それぞれの戻り止めを含み、該それぞれの戻り止めは、前記筐体の内壁内に配置されている対応するポケット内に嵌り、該ポケット内に嵌る戻り止めは、該ラッチの移動を制限するように構成されている、請求項7に記載の内視鏡的器具。

筐体であって、該筐体は、該筐体から遠位方向に延びている細長いシャフトアセンブリを含み、該細長いシャフトアセンブリは、内側シャフト部材および外側シャフト部材を有し、該内側シャフト部材および外側シャフト部材は、該筐体に取り外し可能に結合され、該外側シャフト部材は、該内側シャフト部材に対して移動可能である、筐体と、
該筐体に動作可能に結合され、該内側シャフト部材および外側シャフト部材を回転させるように構成されている回転アセンブリと、
該回転アセンブリに取り外し可能に結合され、該内側シャフト部材および外側シャフト部材に動作可能に結合され、該回転アセンブリに選択的かつ解放可能に結合されているブッシングと、
該外側シャフト部材の遠位端において動作可能に支持されているエンドエフェクタと
を備え、
該ブッシングは、少なくとも1つの機械的インターフェースを含み、該少なくとも1つの機械的インターフェースは、該内側シャフト部材を貫いて画定されている少なくとも1つのスロット、および、該外側シャフト部材を貫いて画定されている少なくとも1つのスロットを係合し、該筐体から該内側シャフト部材および外側シャフト部材を解放するように構成されている、内視鏡的器具。 - 前記ブッシングの前記少なくとも1つの機械的インターフェースは、少なくとも1つの弾力性フィンガおよび少なくとも1つの戻り止めのうちの1つの形態である、請求項12に記載の内視鏡的器具。
- 前記外側シャフト部材が前記内側シャフト部材に対して並進することを可能にするために、該外側シャフト部材上の少なくとも1つのスロットは、該内側シャフト部材上の少なくとも1つのスロットよりも長い、請求項13に記載の内視鏡的器具。

- 前記少なくとも1つの弾力性ボスは、面取りされたエッジを含み、該面取りされたエッジは、前記外側シャフト部材が回転させられた場合、前記対応する第2のスロットのエッジに接触することにより、該対応する第2のスロットとの係合から外れるように該少なくとも1つの弾力性ボスを移動させるように構成されている、請求項15に記載の内視鏡的器具。
- 前記ばねキャリヤは、該ばねキャリヤの遠位面に画定されている複数の半径方向のスロットを含み、該複数の半径方向のスロットは、該ばねキャリヤが、前記筐体内の最も前方位置へ移動させられた場合、該筐体の内壁に配置されている対応する複数の嵌合特徴を係合するように構成され、該複数の半径方向のスロットと該対応する複数の嵌合特徴との間の係合は、前記外側シャフト部材が回転させられた場合、該ばねキャリヤの回転を防止する、請求項15に記載の内視鏡的器具。
- 前記ブッシングは、該ブッシングの近位端に位置している概ね環状の溝を含み、ラッチが、前記筐体上に動作可能に配置され、該筐体に対して移動可能であることにより、該ブッシング上の環状の溝を選択的かつ解放可能に係合し、前記内側シャフト部材および外側シャフト部材を該筐体から解放する、請求項13に記載の内視鏡的器具。
- 前記ラッチは、一対の対向するアームを含み、該一対の対向するアームは、各々、それぞれの戻り止めを含み、該それぞれの戻り止めは、前記筐体の内壁内に配置されている対応するポケット内に嵌り、該ポケット内に嵌る戻り止めは、該ラッチの移動を制限するように構成され、該ラッチはアパーチャを含み、該アパーチャは、該アパーチャを通して前記ブッシングおよび前記外側シャフト部材を受取るように構成されている、請求項18に記載の内視鏡的器具。
- 前記ラッチは、該ラッチの中に概ね細長いスロットを含み、該概ね細長いスロットは、該ラッチの近位に位置決めされ、該ラッチと一緒に移動可能なロッキング部材に配置されている対応する戻り止めを係合するように構成され、該ロッキング部材は、前記外側シャフト部材をばねキャリヤに結合するように構成され、該ばねキャリヤは、前記内視鏡的器具のハンドルアセンブリが作動させられた場合、該外側シャフト部材の軸方向の移動を提供するように構成され、該外側シャフト部材は、該外側シャフト部材の近位端に配置されているフランジを含み、該フランジは、該ロッキング部材を係合するように構成されている、請求項19に記載の内視鏡的器具。
