Description
挿入部102は、可撓性を有し、円柱状に形成されている。挿入部102内には、長手方向に延びるチャンネル111が複数形成されている。チャンネル111の基端部は鉗子口132と接続されている。
本実施形態では、糸4を1本設けた例を挙げたが、糸4は複数設け、開口部32の周方向の複数箇所に接続してもよい。糸4を複数設けると、開口部32をより円形状に保つことができ、切除組織Tを袋部3内に挿入し易くすることができる。

Claims (6)
- 長尺な本体と、
前記本体の基端側に設けられた操作部と、
底部と開口部とを有し、前記開口部が前記底部よりも基端側に位置するように前記開口部の一部が前記本体に固定された袋部と、
前記開口部及び前記操作部と接続され、前記本体の長手方向に移動することにより前記開口部を起上させる線状部材と、
前記開口部に沿って設けられて弾性変形可能なワイヤ部と、
を備え、
前記袋部は、前記開口部のうちの前記本体との固定部分と離間した位置で前記線状部材と前記ワイヤ部とが接続され、
前記線状部材の前記本体に対する長手軸方向への移動により前記ワイヤ部が前記固定部分を起点として起上可能となるように構成されている
組織回収具。 - 前記本体は管状部材であり、
前記線状部材は、前記固定部分よりも前記本体の基端側の位置に形成された開口から前記本体のルーメン内に挿通されて前記線状部材の基端部が前記操作部に接続されている請求項1に記載の組織回収具。 - 前記ワイヤ部は、前記本体の前記ルーメン内に挿通され、前記本体の側面に形成された貫通孔を介して前記本体外に露出して前記開口部に設けられるワイヤ湾曲部と、前記本体の基端部で前記操作部に接続される基端部とを備え、
前記ワイヤ部が前記本体に対して前記長手軸方向に移動することにより前記開口部の開口幅が調整可能に構成されている
請求項2に記載の組織回収具。 - 軟性の挿入部を有する内視鏡と、
請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載された組織回収具であって、前記挿入部の外縁に長手軸方向に沿って設けられた組織回収具と、
前記挿入部に形成されたチャンネルに挿通される把持具と、
を備える組織回収システム。 - 前記袋部は、前記袋部が前記内視鏡の挿入部の先端よりも先端側に押し出された状態で前記線状部材を前記本体に対して長手軸方向に移動させることにより、前記開口部が起上されて前記挿入部の先端に対向するように前記袋部が開口可能に構成されている
請求項4に記載の組織回収システム。 - 前記組織回収具は前記挿入部の湾曲部よりも基端側の前記挿入部の外縁に固定される
