Claims (3)
- 石炭をガス化させるガス化炉に設けられ、前記ガス化炉で生成されて落下したスラグを破砕するスラグクラッシャであって、
前記スラグの落下方向に対して交差するように設けられ、複数の開口部が形成されたスクリーンと、
前記スクリーンの上面側に配置され、互いに対面して配置された少なくとも2つのスプレッダと、
前記スプレッダを支持し、前記スプレッダの前記対向面に対して垂直な方向に前記スプレッダを移動させるスプレッダ移動手段と、を有し、
前記スプレッダは、対面する位置に配置された他のスプレッダとの前記対向面に配置され、前記他のスプレッダに向かって突出した複数の突起部と、前記対向面の下端に配置され、前記スプレッダの移動方向に直交する方向に延在し、前記他のスプレッダに向かって突出した下部突起部と、を有し、
前記下部突起部は、対向して配置された前記他のスプレッダと最も接近した状態において、対向する前記下部突起部と面接触せず、かつ、対向する前記下部突起部との距離が、前記スプレッダの幅方向に渡り前記スクリーンの前記開口部の開口寸法よりも小さく、前記スプレッダの移動方向に直交する方向の位置によって、前記他のスプレッダに向かって突出する量が変化する凹凸形状であり、前記対向する前記下部突起部の凹凸が互い違いに組み合うように凹凸を反転させた形状であることを特徴とするスラグクラッシャ。 - 前記下部突起部は、前記スクリーンと対面する面が、対向する前記下部突起部に近づく方向に対して前記スクリーンと離れる向きに傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスラグクラッシャ。
- 前記下部突起部は、前記スプレッダの移動方向に直交する方向の位置によって、前記他のスプレッダに向かって突出する量が変化する凹凸形状であり、前記対向する前記下部突起部の凹凸を反転した形状であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のスラグクラッシャ。
