Claims (16)
- バッテリーパックの充放電線路上に備えられたヒューズと、
前記バッテリーパックに含まれたバッテリーセルの電圧を測定し、測定された電圧値である第1電圧値が所定の第1基準電圧値よりも高い場合、前記ヒューズを溶断させるための信号である溶断信号を出力する補助制御部と、
前記バッテリーパックに含まれた前記バッテリーセルの電圧を測定し、測定された電圧値である第2電圧値が所定の第2基準電圧値よりも高い第1条件及び前記補助制御部から前記溶断信号を受信する第2条件が満たされる場合、前記ヒューズを溶断させるメイン制御部と
を含むことを特徴とするバッテリー管理装置。 - 前記メイン制御部は、前記第2条件が満たされた後、前記第1条件が満たされるか否かを判断することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理装置。
- 前記メイン制御部は、前記第2条件が満たされたものの、前記第1条件が満たされていない場合、前記補助制御部が誤作動したことを示す誤作動信号を出力することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理装置。
- 前記補助制御部と前記ヒューズとを電気的に接続する第1線路と、
前記第1線路から分岐し、分岐点である第1ノードと前記メイン制御部とを電気的に接続する第2線路と、
前記第1ノードと前記ヒューズとを接続する前記第1線路上に備えられ、前記メイン制御部の制御によってターンオンするヒューズスイッチと
をさらに含み、
前記メイン制御部は、前記第1条件及び前記第2条件が満たされる場合、前記ヒューズスイッチをターンオンさせることで前記補助制御部から出力される前記溶断信号を前記ヒューズに流して前記ヒューズを溶断させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理装置。 - 前記補助制御部は、
前記バッテリーセルの電圧を測定する電圧測定モジュールと、
測定された電圧値をデジタル電圧値に変換するA/Dコンバータと、
前記測定された電圧値及び所定の基準電圧値を保存するメモリ部と
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理装置。 - 前記メイン制御部は、
前記バッテリーセルの電圧を測定する電圧測定モジュールと、
測定された電圧値をデジタル電圧値に変換するA/Dコンバータと、
前記測定された電圧値及び所定の基準電圧値を保存するメモリ部と
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理装置。 - 請求項1ないし6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー管理装置と、
直列または並列に接続された複数のバッテリーセルと
を含むことを特徴とするバッテリーパック。 - 請求項7に記載のバッテリーパックを含む電力貯蔵システム。
- 請求項7に記載のバッテリーパックと、
前記バッテリーパックに電力を供給する充電器と
を含むことを特徴とするバッテリー充電システム。 - 請求項7に記載のバッテリーパックと、
前記バッテリーパックから電力の供給を受ける負荷と
を含むことを特徴とするバッテリー駆動システム。 - 補助制御部が、バッテリーパックに含まれたバッテリーセルの電圧を測定する段階と、
測定した電圧値である第1電圧値が所定の第1基準電圧値よりも高い場合、前記補助制御部が、ヒューズを溶断させるための信号である溶断信号を出力する段階と、
メイン制御部が、前記バッテリーパックに含まれた前記バッテリーセルの電圧を測定する段階と、
前記メイン制御部が、測定した電圧値である第2電圧値が所定の第2基準電圧値よりも高い第1条件及び前記補助制御部から前記溶断信号を受信する第2条件を満たすか否かを判断する段階と、
前記第1条件及び前記第2条件が満たされる場合、前記メイン制御部が、前記ヒューズを溶断させる段階と
を含むことを特徴とするバッテリー管理方法。 - 前記メイン制御部が判断する段階は、前記第2条件が満たされた後、前記第1条件が満たされるか否かを判断する段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載のバッテリー管理方法。
- 前記メイン制御部が判断する段階は、前記第2条件が満たされたものの、前記第1条件が満たされていない場合、前記メイン制御部が、前記補助制御部が誤作動したことを示す誤作動信号を出力する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載のバッテリー管理方法。
- 前記溶断信号を出力する段階は、前記補助制御部が、前記補助制御部と前記ヒューズとを電気的に接続する第1線路、及び前記第1線路から分岐し、分岐点である第1ノードと前記メイン制御部とを電気的に接続する第2線路を介して前記溶断信号を出力する段階であって、前記第1ノードと前記ヒューズとを接続する前記第1線路上に備えられたヒューズスイッチがオフ状態を維持した状態で溶断信号を出力する、段階を含み、
前記ヒューズを溶断させる段階は、前記メイン制御部が、前記ヒューズスイッチをターンオンさせることで前記補助制御部から出力される前記溶断信号を前記ヒューズに流す段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載のバッテリー管理方法。 - 前記補助制御部が電圧を測定する段階は、
前記補助制御部が、前記バッテリーセルの電圧を測定する段階と、
前記補助制御部が、測定された電圧値をデジタル電圧値に変換する段階と、
前記補助制御部が、変換された電圧値を第1電圧値として保存する段階と
を含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載のバッテリー管理方法。 - 前記メイン制御部が電圧を測定する段階は、
前記メイン制御部が、前記バッテリーセルの電圧を測定する段階と、
前記メイン制御部が、測定された電圧値をデジタル電圧値に変換する段階と、
前記メイン制御部が、変換された電圧値を第2電圧値として保存する段階と
を含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載のバッテリー管理方法。
