Description
Claims (10)
- 構造物を接続するメカニカルフィッティングであって、
第1のベース構造と、
第1のプレート部材と、
前記第1のプレート部材を前記第1のベース構造から所定の間隔を置いて支持する第1の支持構造と、
第1のベース構造における前記第1の支持構造および前記第1のプレート部材が存在する側とは反対側において、第1のベース構造に直接的に接する第2のベース構造と、
第2のプレート部材と、
前記第2のプレート部材を前記第2のベース構造から所定の間隔を置いて支持する第2の支持構造と、
前記第1のプレート部材、前記第1のベース構造、前記第2のベース構造および前記第2のプレート部材の開口部を通じて延び、前記第1のプレート部材、前記第1のベース構造、前記第2のベース構造および前記第2のプレート部材を締結するファスナーと
を備える、メカニカルフィッティング。 - 前記第1の支持構造および前記第2の支持構造の各々はトラス構造を備える、請求項1に記載のメカニカルフィッティング。
- 前記第1の支持構造は、
前記第1のプレート部材と前記第1のベース構造との間を延在し、前記第1のベース構造から前記第1のベース構造の平面を基準として第1の所定角度で延在する第1傾斜プレートと、
前記第1のプレート部材と前記第1のベース構造との間を延在し、前記第1のベース構造から前記第1のベース構造の前記平面を基準として第2の所定角度で延在する第2傾斜プレートと、
を備え、
前記第2の支持構造は、
前記第2のプレート部材と前記第2のベース構造との間を延在し、前記第2のベース構造から前記第2のベース構造の平面を基準として第3の所定角度で延在する第3傾斜プレートと、
前記第2のプレート部材と前記第2のベース構造との間を延在し、前記第2のベース構造から前記第2のベース構造の前記平面を基準として第4の所定角度で延在する第4傾斜プレートと、
を備える、請求項2に記載のメカニカルフィッティング。 - 更に、前記第1のベース構造から延在する少なくとも1つの第1の側壁と、前記第2のベース構造から延在する少なくとも1つの第2の側壁とを備え、前記第1の側壁と前記第2の側壁は直接的に接しており互いに面一に配置され、前記第1傾斜プレートは、前記第1のプレート部材と、前記第1のベース構造及び前記少なくとも1つの第1の側壁が形成する交差部との間を延在し、前記第3傾斜プレートは、前記第2のプレート部材と、前記第2のベース構造及び前記少なくとも1つの第2の側壁が形成する交差部との間を延在する、請求項3に記載のメカニカルフィッティング。
- 更に、前記第1のベース構造から延在する少なくとも1つの第3の側壁と、前記第2のベース構造から延在する少なくとも1つの第4の側壁とを備え、前記第3の側壁と前記第4の側壁は直接的に接しており互いに面一に配置され、前記第2傾斜プレートは、前記第1のプレート部材と、前記第1のベース構造及び前記少なくとも1つの第3の側壁が形成する交差部との間を延在し、前記第4傾斜プレートは、前記第2のプレート部材と、前記第2のベース構造及び前記少なくとも1つの第4の側壁が形成する交差部との間を延在する、請求項4に記載のメカニカルフィッティング。
- 前記第1の所定角度及び前記第2の所定角度は等しく、前記第3の所定角度及び前記第4の所定角度は等しい、請求項3に記載のメカニカルフィッティング。
- 前記第1の所定角度及び前記第2の所定角度は異なる角度であり、前記第3の所定角度及び前記第4の所定角度は異なる角度である、請求項3に記載のメカニカルフィッティング。
- 前記第1のベース構造、前記第1のプレート部材、前記第1傾斜プレート、及び前記第2傾斜プレートは、同じ材料により一体的に形成され、前記第2のベース構造、前記第2のプレート部材、前記第3傾斜プレート、及び前記第4傾斜プレートは、同じ材料により一体的に形成されている、請求項3乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のメカニカルフィッティング。
- 前記第1傾斜プレート及び前記第2傾斜プレートは、前記第1のプレート部材に一体的に形成され、前記第3傾斜プレート及び前記第4傾斜プレートは、前記第2のプレート部材に一体的に形成されている、請求項3乃至8のいずれか一項に記載のメカニカルフィッティング。
- 前記第1傾斜プレート及び前記第2傾斜プレートは、前記第1のベース構造と前記第1のプレート部材との間の圧縮力に対して、前記第1のベース構造を形成する材料と比較して、耐性の優れた機械的特性を有する材料により形成され、前記第3傾斜プレート及び前記第4傾斜プレートは、前記第2のベース構造と前記第2のプレート部材との間の圧縮力に対して、前記第2のベース構造を形成する材料と比較して、耐性の優れた機械的特性を有する材料により形成されている、請求項3乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のメカニカルフィッティング。
